Why do you have so much hatred for Oral Roberts, Karl Schneider?

You seem to be obsessed with posting comments disrespectful of others.

And your obsession seems so bad that I would recommend that you see a licensed and certified mental health professional (your choice) and talk to that person about how Oral Roberts has ruined your life.

That person will probably tell you need to get a life and stop hating people.

I just happened to be out at the Jenks/Riverside airport today around 12:30 PM or so...While I was listening to ATC, I noticed a serious uptick in traffic with aircraft types such as "Gulfstream, Citation, King Aire". For those who don't know, those are VERY expensive corporate type jets. I counted 5, "Gulfstream V" jets, with a total cost of over $40 million each, about 8 Cessna Citations, 4 King Aires, and various other jets landing. All within a 45 to hour time frame. That didn't include the stretch limos pulling up as each one landed. All the passengers on board were headed to the Oral Roberts funeral. Although the complete list of those 'celebrities' in attendance hasn't been posted yet, people at the airport said they were some other famous "religious leaders" that worked closely with the Robert's family over the years.

Now, I certaily don't want to judge or anything, but none of the pastors at any church I ever attended flew around in these type aircraft. With the economy like it is and people losing their jobs, what could $40 million dollars for 1 of these jets do to help others? Even giving them a huge benefit of the doubt and saying they probably don't out right own these (Which is likely not true anyway), just the cost of firing them up costs well over $50,000 or more for each plane.

There was a huge outrage when the GM President flew his jet to Washington earlier this year, but what I want to know, where is the outrage for these people? At least GM sells something useful. If I were someone who contributed to to these "religious organizations", I'd be asking some questions on where the money is going.

I used to work at Williams Companies Data Center, years ago. We printed (pre-printed) letters to potential money givers for the Oral Roberts Ministry. His signature was already on each letter before printed. I have always thought that something was wrong there.

In retrospect, before he got involved with the love of greed, I think he truly did heal folks.

Money and greed are the most mentioned sins in the Bible. The love of money/wealth are mentioned more than God, love, Jesus, etc.

Look at our world. It makes me very, very sad.

These are FACTS about Oral Roberts and his so called "ministry" for those that care to know the truth about his failed prophecies, and only God knows what else, that hasn't even come to light, and may never. However, just the plain, unadulterated FACTS are enough to place him in the false prophet catagory. Plus, taking money from people is not only wrong, it's criminal any way you shake it.

You don't need to ask where a large portion of the money is going. You saw the answer coming down from the sky, and it wasn't angels.

So, Oral Roberts himself did nothing to cause you psychological nor physical harm personally; but, you still hate him with a passion.

Jesus equated hatred spiritually equal with the sin of murder. If you hate someone, in your spiritual heart you wish they were dead.

The point of contact on a TV screen evolved from th putting one's hand on the radio and agreeing in faith the Lord would answer your prayer. That's not any different from using a cloth someone anointed with oil and prayed over to give to a sick person. The prayer cloths were just a point of contact for one's faith.

But, Richard Roberts has claimed that when a person puts his hands on a TV screen over where his own hands are seen that the surge of energy is the power of the Holy Spirit.

Well, if the same people touch the old analog TV screens when the news is on, they will feel the same thing.

That's because there is static electricity on the surface of the TV screen.

Tell me Mike, does God blackmail his followers to pay off a hospital built by a man? I absolutely believe you when you say ignorance is bliss. Your life is pretty good huh? I feel pity for those that can't see the forest through the trees. Sincerely.
And anyone that thinks themselves a prophet with supernatural powers of telling the truth is no different than a Scientologist who believes they will gain psychic powers after they rid themselves of the thetans (dead aliens). Their both delusional. Here use your power to tell us which of these are the truth: I was baptized in the 2nd grade. I went on a mission for my church. I built a cross for my church. I was christened Catholic. I lived with Mormons for 2 years. I await your answer oh prophet of God.

Sorry, Joe, but this should have been a clue. Anytime a person tells you that "god told him/her" it's one of two things. They're either lying or schizophrenic...
You are callling God a liar and you committed blasphemy of the Holy Spirit. Jesus said that when the Holy Spirit did something, in this case the Holy Spirit spoke the Lord's words and Oral Roberts that Ronald was in Heaven with the LORD, and you say that Holy Spirit didn't say that, you committed the unpardonable sin of blasphemy.

I believe that god does speak to his flock... not is direct words, but in subtle hints within their day to day lives. I am ashamed of those on here speaking such hateful things. Whether you liked Oral or not, this is no way to act. "Vengence is mine sayeth the Lord... I will repay..." We are not to judge. The Lord knew what was truly in Orals heart, none of you do. So take your hateful speach somewhere else. How truly sad.

I have no doubt that you believe that, but again God doesn't "talk" to anyone. Oral Roberts didn't have a direct line to God, nor does anyone else. When he said things like "God told me that Ronald is in heaven with the lord", he was either lying or mentally ill.

If you took time to actually read and study all of the New Testament books, and you believed what you read, you would accept God using the power of the Holy Spirit to speak to your natural ears.

You would also understand that through the power of Holy Spirit, God the Father and Jesus the Christ can speak to directly to you. But, in most cases, you have to be willing to have an aloud conversation with them. There is nothing in the Bible where God answered a silent prayer.

I suppose that you would say that Peter was crazy when the Lord talked to him and he heard with his ears the Lord telling him that he didn't make any unclean animals.

Oral Roberts was neither lying nor mentally ill when he said what he did about Ronald Roberts.
