Docs: Va. Tech student competent for murder trial

A prosecutor says doctors at a state mental hospital have found a doctoral student competent to stand trial on a charge of killing a fellow student at a Virginia Tech coffee shop.

We need to close the asian loophole at Virginia Tech! These asians with small peen complex need to be weeded out and removed. How many times are we going to let them shoot, stab & behead other students? We need to establish an asian assault ban and enforce it at Virginia Tech! And don't forget the community centers! If they had community centers to hang out with other asians with similar short comings as them, then they would not feel the need to lash out and attack! If they had a community center where they could sit and work on math problems and help other people with their SATs like good azns then they would be productive to society.
