Unless the p/u truck was in the actual I-20 lane then he should not have been hit. Fedex driver said he could not move over due to cars in the lane next to him. There's plenty of room in one lane next to the shoulder for this Fedex truck to have missed the parked p/u..........unless of course the p/u was in the I-20 lane which I doubt.
