Dunn County investigating Eau Claire woman's death

“It was determined that we would need to wait for the autopsy to be completed to find out more about the cause of death”

The death of 27-year-old Nancy Wampole was not an accident, Dunn County Sheriff Dennis Smith said. via Chippewa Herald

I dated brian kelly for almost 2 years and I can amagined what happend that night, I have had many police contact in eau claire including a stalking charge. He was employeed at my place of employement even though I told them of Brian Kelly, Even though judge adler told me if I had any contact with brian I wouldn't beable to see my boys, yet when I filed for a restraining order he denied it. there for when brian found out that I worked at strategic I came there because he found it to be the best way to keep tabs on me, I went straight to the office and they gave me some bullshit thing to sign saying we would have no confirtations at work. He tormented me at work, stairing sometimes with his eyes pure black. The day he got fired my job got easier and funner.
until Nancy was Killed. Brian had told me many many times that if he couldnt have me no one could he would kill me first and bury me on his land in menomonie, he told me he has killed people before with the whole Hoff deal.
brian always told me that time is a vertue and time always, when you least expect it I will be there. what is wrong with these damn people, he admitted she jumped from his vehicle, he was in jail on a drinking violation, because his po said they didn't find him for 3 days they didnt know how drunk he was, what that matters I have no clue.
Manslatter provin. case closed he killed her, he wasn't there to aid the ill and stay by there side nor did he leave any of her information, thats cruility..........This man is a Venimus evil evil person you are dealing with, he and his father are one in the same, they are the best conartist in the country I believe, they know how to lie cheat and steal everything they have and get away with murder, now both of Mr. Paul kellys

the fed court needs to take over if the city cant prove anything come on Manslatter regaurdless. he admitted to her being in the vehicle he admits to dropping her off at the hospital and still not even drunk driving. If I die because I fear this man will do it again, I will make sure my children have the best attorneys........

Sometimes you don't need a college education to disclose facts - She obviously has the first hand experience with this man. From what I have read you can make an inferance he killed her. I am college educated - no "ignance here".

Please contact this family and tell them to fight for justice. There are many excellent investigators that would take the case for free. Make phone calls. Get this guy off the streets. He will attack again

That day happened to be the day the article about Nancy being dropped at the hospital was first published. I was shocked, in awe. I can tell you that I know the Kellys very well. Too well. I'd like to know what murder you think Pauls other son was involved in. If it is wat I think you are refering to you are about the lowest piece of dirt there is, the incedent that I am thinking of was a horrible accident that happened when he was 15 years old, any idiot that can call that murder in any way is definatly the type of loser that would date Brian Kelly. Anyone who can compare these two brother in the same light in any way is a major idiot. WOW!! Tell us how u really feel!! I am happy someone feels the same way. Yes the incident that happened with the younger brother years ago was a tragic incident. And I believe from everything that I know to this day...he is a good man. A good husband and that he doesnt partake in the scandalous everyday living that his father does. I would hope that Brian doesnt either, however it is not looking so good.

FYI i think everyone should maybe take into consideration that the poor woman is right!! She was dealing with craziness. Craziness, someone that does what they want when they want and only learned the trusted values from the one and only paul leo kelly ( their father) check out the latest entry in the leader telegram abt him on May 31 2008!! Enjoy your reading!! It has truly vindicated me!! So sorry for those involved. Terribly sorry...(that would include the whole extended family of Paul Kelly also) Their lives from the start have been one terrible lie after another. It is hard for me to blame the one person i would like for affecting my life so badly, when he probably didnt know any better considering the role model he had. There are many people in this whole scenario that should take a look, stand up, and finally do what is right for themselves and their family for once. PUT PAUL KELLY OUT OF YOUR LIVES!! And perhaps you will get to live yours...free of all of the burdens you have carried for this man for too long. Embrace the family that you have and save them before they become the same man!!! I would like to offer my deepest sympathy to those who loved this young women. I think it is a shame that she was killed at someone else's own fault. I am young as well it is truly tragic to think someone so young could die. Makes you reflect on your own life. God will pay justice to those who are responsible and they will be judged in there day. Remember and cherish the memories. May the one that took her life have to sacrifice his own in jail.

Nothing makes me happier than to see this man stay behind bars. What a loser. He has cheated people for years and uses their emotions to get what he wants. He is an "attorney" and knows how to play the game. I think he has played his last card. You reap what you sew Paul Kelly. May you rot in jail!

why do these girls stay with these guys?
Even after they have been through the abuse over and over again.
I know two girls that are with guys that just got out of prison,out on parole and the one has been choked three times already and the other has been beaten on also.and these girls just stick up for these guys.there is alot of this going on.
one's from eau claire and the other from turtle lake..
