So this is the infamous photo that has All Eyes Watching so shook up!!
Nice clear pic, sure looks like a county truck....and just where was this located at? Maybe he was doing some inspections or just throwing away some trash there in that dumpster! I know what he was doing....You figure it out, I already know!

And of course things will go on as always in the past. no changes. no reprimand. no accounting. send him to the house. i was told that he has already been warned at one time about being at the business duirng working hours. this time there should be some kind punishment. does this person punch a time clock. maybe some one needs to pull time time cards and see if he clocks in and out or not.

Building Department is not ran from tax payers money, it is ran from fees collected. They do not get any money from the county, nor does the county get any of their money, and that is public information. Get it right for a change.

who do you think pays the worker? Is he not a county employee? Dont think for a minute that dept is not using county money

You are wrong. He cannot park that truck any where he wants. He does not own the truck. when he stays in chipleyovernight, he is at the rv that is parked by the business. (even tho it give a bad impression on the cty) that is not a problem unless the city ofchipley has something against the rv being parked there. that will be checked out today. there may be be a rule against that. during working hours, he needs to be working, not parked at his place of personal business

okay. what was he/she doing? getting lunch?, truck broke down?, truck overheating?, taking a break as allowed to by the county? all you have is a picture of a county truck parked. even if it was parked at a bar, which I doubt, did you ever think that the truck was broke down or that the driver had to make an emergency bathroom stop, did they park to take a cell phone call, the safe way to do it, was the call was some bad news about a death in the family and the driver had to cry a little?, or that the driver was in medical distress of some kind?. So if you KNOW what the employee was doing, speak up, if not, people, people, get a life.

just to be blunt. The man is hiding his truck and helping his girlfriend run the business, order, count money, stock, etc. Even his employees know this. I called and asked for him the other day, sitting in my truck at Walmart, looking at his vehicle sitting there for over 1 1/2 hours while my wife shopped. I was told that he was doing an inspection at Crystal Lake. I stopped there and bouth gas on the way out, and yup, that was what the man was doing. he did not look mediclaly distressed, shell-shocked, he was not on his cell phone, and he was not crying,but he was smiling and laughing. It was 2 in the afternoon, so he was not eating lunch. he is just like any other high paid offical with the county -- gets away with murder. I work for dOt and i know the rules about the vehicles. He shoud to and so shoudl the county an stop this crap from happenign. He needs to put in 8 a day like everyone else has to.

I'm told by others the truck was there all hours of the day and night...
I see county vehicles all the time on the road, stopped for lunch, parked in front of their homes overnight, etc... yep and even at Wal-Mart...

I'm told this has been going on since that station reopened....

Yes, you are right.. It is ONE photo.. but it is one photo that shows where this truck is parked most of the time...

I do find it ironic, that since this appeared.. I'm told the truck hasn't been back..

I know he owns it.. I have no problem with the vehicle being there after County Hours. But I do have a problem of him being there waiting on customers while being paid by the County to do a job..
If he wishes to play cashier, then he should step down from his position and just run his business.
I realize there might not be a lot of inspections needed to be done.. But I'm sure he could find something to do in his office... If not maybe he is no needed any longer...
