Presuming that your statement is true, then you have unwittingly stepped into an arena where your claim of identity cannot be verified. On the other hand, your statement also shows (presuming the truth of your statement) that you have a vested interest in making such claims. Your relationship with staff members demands that you support the school, which brings about the question of whether you have truly expressed your opinion regarding the school, or have you simply bowed down to the demands of those relatives that you claim are staff members?
CHS Student wrote:
All in all, Chipley excels in almost every extra curricular activity it does. The athletics do need some work in areas, but the volleyball and basketball teams are incredible. The JROTC is highly ranked among other schools. The science club always brings home tons of awards. Our math teams are superior at competitions. Even our theatre and vocal department are phenomenal. Honestly, what school would put on te Wizard of Oz and literally make a yellow brick road, or have a live dog as Toto? CHS has so much to be proud of. I could imagine going to another school.
In your closing statement, there is the indication that you have indeed imagined going to another school. Well, if your claims of excellence are true, then why would you even consider going to another school?

Related to staff members.........That's why school has been ok for you.

I meant to say couldn't. And being related to a staff member hasn't put me above or given me an easier time than any other student. In fact being related to one, puts more pressure on me to be an example for this school. I can't comment on behalf of other children related to staff members. But if such a assumption causes a concern for student equality on our campus, please take it up with the school board and Mr. Griffin.

Gee whiz.... you throw out all sorts of accolades regarding the quality of education afforded by CHS, yet you make such a blunder in the statement you made? How careless of those teachers who do so much. Perhaps they should have concentrated on teaching their students how to be concise in their endeavors.
CHS Student wrote:

Obviously not true. You started your end of the discussion with a pretty good posture. Then when someone confronts you, you loose control to your emotions and start allowing yourself to do silly things like starting a sentence with a conjunction. Was that also a part of the quality education that you received?
CHS Student wrote:

Some example you are establishing.
CHS Student wrote:

Well of course you cannot do such a thing... not without their consent. Seemingly you don't have their consent. Therefore, your comment in that regard is irrelevant.

What assumption are you referencing? Please be concise in your statements.

Surely you meant "lose," not "loose," Abe. From what exceptional school did you receive your education?

Well of course,,, the Red Neck Riviera High School. In that particular high school, typographical errors are not a matter of concern. Shame on that right hand ring finger of mine for not responding in the manner in which it was instructed.

No, after high school, I went on to HAGN University.(btw: acronyms don't count in the list of spelling errors).

Your error shows that you don't know anything about me and clearly shows that it is you who went to the BBU . Congratulations on a successful endeavor at that university.

I can't imagine who would want to know anything about you, Abe. All the evidence points to a life lived through endless nitpicking of topix posts.

Refer to post #46 to answer your absence of imagination. What evidence? If you are referring to my posting on this forum, then the same could be said about you. Right there, up above, we find you doing the same thing that you are complaining about. Endless nitpicking of topix posts.

Gee... it seems that we maintain about the same hours operating the computer while posting on Topix. I guess that means that you are guilty of the same offense. Shame on you.

I wish you did to he is ball less as a principal. He may be a good guy but has no balls to stand up to students or teachers. If for some reason you don't believe me just go spend a few hours on campus and adserve what goes on. I know most folks say it comes from home but I see it when your own my clock you do as I say. I am not being hard but if your going to be a leader you have to lead not follow. It's tough being a leader but that's what we like these days is leadership all the way up to the white house.

PLEASE! Take him back. And never send any of those Holmes County rejects back to Washington County again. CHS needs a leader.

Oh how I miss the days of Pat Williams. He didn't take any crap!

Teacher and Now You Know: Do your comments regarding needing a leader mean that you are not leaders but rather followers? If you feel that you are a 'leader', then why don't you run for the position that you are complaining about having an absence of leadership?

You know you need to stay out of this topix because it shows how much aware of the problem at chs. I know I see it every day. If you had sense you would know what the rest of us is talking about. Until then shut up
