banned books at the library

go ahead and see for yourself what is now considered "banned" in the library system. among several classic reads like sherlock holmes, the SONG of SOLOMON, a catcher in the rye and many others. i applaud the washington county library system for taking the time to post on their front window a poster telling ppl what is going on as well as offering the banned books up for sale to the public.

now, like always, i will give you the business about this type of action. WE ALL GET TO SIT AT HOME AND SOAK UP JERSEY SHORE, HONEY DUMB DUMB, SIXTEEN AND SCREWED UP, TEEN MOM CELEBRATION and EVERY REALITY SHOW ABOUT ANYONE WHO CAN POSE IN FRONT OF A CAMERA. that is much more beneficial to society than literacy and the fine 'ol art of classic reads. circle the drain while you go insane with the next viral video hung in your brain. dumb is fun, rely on someone, and make sure your internet and cable bills are paid up so you can soak in all the garbage "network PROGRAMMING" can dump in your lap. feel free to text your vote for the next president.. oops no one cares about that, but american idol..wow, thats education. im finding it harder to be a gentleman everyday.
