There are no articles in the Chino Hills Topix or in the INland Valley Daily Bulleting regarding Steven Rodriguez, the young man who was shot outside of a Carl's Jr. in Monterey Park?

He was from Chino Hills. He had a metal bar, but the cops used excessive force when they could have released the dog on him.
