We need a NEW city council that will represent ALL of Chino Hills. Not just the few that live close to Norton-Perry and Rogers. Throw the bums out!!!

Think of the city council when you pay your water, sewer and trash bill. It could be lowered if they hadn't squandered al our money fighting Edison for a very very few people.

It seems that a number of people, cities and counties know how to stop this (Just not Chino Hills):

http://www.powerlinefacts.com/Power%20Line%20...

They even can stop these type of lines for "Old Growth Trees" but can't stop them for our young children. How ironic (and sad)...

If you live within 250 ft of these things, you WILL be affected. You may have to moves items in your own home such as TV's, computers, radios and other electronic devices that are affected by the EMF. If you have a pace maker, you may have to MOVE! GPS's will not work, when setting a location in your driveway, it WILL be wrong due to the EMF. The potential problems are endless (so are the damages).

The technology to place these underground exists, lets use it if you must.

The existing lines have not been used for over 30 years, so why new lines?

I am pretty sure you loosers need to do everything with batteries, or better yet hand cranked devices. that way we wont have to listen to your whining any more!

There have (successful) lawsuits in the past regarding "stray voltage" induced into water.

Shezzz…,

I’ve never seen so many aggressive people in one location in my life. I'm not even affected by this project as I don't live anywhere near the lines, however it doesn't take a rocket scientist to see that placing 500 KV OTL in an occupied neighborhood is not the brightest of ideas.

This appears to merely be a ploy to forcibly take possession of these homes along the planned route. Once the lines are installed and energized, the problems will quickly show up and the only solution at that point will be to condemn the homes along the easement along with any others within 1000 feet of either side and tear them down.

For those that say "Bwahh, ha ha ha ha!" to stray voltage litigation, here are plenty of reference documents (limited to .gov web sites) with successful litigaton law suits.

WOW, I just found this and can't beleive what a 500 KV power line sounds like, you can get the idea right here!!

You'll be lucky to hear the summer concerts in the park over the hum (the lines go THROUGH the park from what I see), let alone the EMF. I'm betting they'll relocate the summer in the park concerts when this goes in.
My family really enjoys those concerts too...

Perry and Rogers need to go.$1.7 million for politics only. This line will go in not matter how many pictures and "facts" these residents show on here or to the supreme court. Give it up. Lower my trash and water bills. Fire Rogers and Perry!!!

Everyone that is a lil cry baby pushing for the project to stop or remove the structures already built, you need to put your big girl/boy pants on and stop to face the reality! The structures are up and will not be removed! Why would you want to waste money on a fight that you will not win! You obviously were not to worried when you built/purchased your homes! The easement has been there for 60 years! Get over it, get over the fact that this project has been a vision for 20 years! Oh, the existing lines are not active, put them under ground... Hahahaha! This project is for the FUTURE.. the existing out dated infrastructure can't handle what is in store for the future. FYI, get the facts straight, you can't put 500KV underground! If you ate so worried about the EMF, build a bubble and climb in it! EMF is every where! You better unplug all of your electrical devices. While you are at it, you will need to disconnect all of the distribution lines going into your neighborhoods and connecting to your homes.. Stay away from your electrical panel and watch out for the transformer in your neighbors yard too... AWWWK!!! EMF! As for the noice, it depends on a ton of factors! You will not hear it from your bedroom and it will not interupt your TV watching. By the way, TV's = EMF! get the facts straight, and pull out your undies that have been ridding up! Your not gonna get electrocuted by your pool or fence! FYI, If that scares you, you have a greater risk of getting hit by a car in the grocery store parking lot!(back to the bubble) I say, electricity should be cut from the homes of all the complainers... I wanna see how fast they change their minds and go running to SOCAL Edison!(:

Nice name, possibly your occupation, your sad grammer shows you're not spending money on any type of schooling either (...and to even assume you could afford a home, much less in Chino Hills).
Who is the moron? You.

Hey moron, those houses were bought long before those lines were put in.
