These idiots will surely not be doing this again anytime soon! Every time I read a story about these wire theives getting zapped because they're too greedy and WAY too stupid to know what they're doing, I feel justice has been served.

Send the criminals to Arrowhead Medical Center where their chances of experiencing complications and death by errors are higher vs other large medical facilities.

Too bad the job wasn't finished! Now,these two mental giants will be contacted by some ambulance chasing lawyer and sue the city because the warning signs weren't big enough or the fence high enough.

The owners are obviously negligent to allow such a dangerous situation to exist. The city of Upland also must share responsibility for allowing such a dangerous building to exist. Who sold them the wirecutters - Home Depot? Who manufactured them? Did the tool come with adequate warnings and instructions?
Immediately you all blame these victims who are merely victims of "hope and change" and oppressive immigration laws - and now they're victims of the property owners, city of Upland, Home Depot and tool manufacturers.
Imagine for a moment the emotional stress their families are going through.

I CANNOT believe nor can I understand your mentality for even one second! The stupid thieves brought them on themselves when they tried to STEAL from somebody else. How is that the fault of everybody else except themselves?

If I had to guess I'd say that you are most likely black with a chip on your shoulder and have this false sense that everybody owes you because your ancestors were slaves many, many years ago. Or there's a slight chance that you're a Mexican in my country illegally. Which is it? I absolutely refuse to believe that with your warped thinking you're anything but one of the 2 scenarios. Oh wait, one more scenario - ambulance chaser attorney!

Not only did they get what they deserved but now we, the tax payers, will have to foot the bill at Arrowhead because these numb-nuts have no money or insurance.

Regardless of their injuries, they need to be prosecuted to the FULLEST extent of the law or better yet - DEPORT THEM if at all possible!

So you are saying that we (city, Upland residents, Home Depot) are the ones responsible for their actions? Oh... poor theives, they got hurt because they don't know how to distinguish bad from good.... ahhh poor babies....! We should give give them a medal for being brave enough to cut live wire.

Too bad they weren't stuck to their pliers like a couple oversized bugs on a big bug zapper.
