Flatland Search and Rescue found victim

On Nov. 27, the Greenbackville Volunteer Fire Department responded to a reported motor vehicle crash with injuries, in the area of Swan's Gut Bridge, near Sign Post.

I want to thank our team members for a great job and the fire and rescue personnel who assisted with finding the victim in Greenbackville. All I ask of the community is that they write letters to their county supervisor and sheriff to get them to recognize this team in Accomack County. Thank you all for your support and job well done
