harrasment from schertz cop abusing power

has anyone else had problems with copsin schertz. multiple incidents of one cop Brian J. Onifre threating to " beat you with my maglight" or tow your vehicle for parking in front of someones house whom he"knows very well and thinks hes a piece of shit." ive been carrying a digital recorder in my car because im afraid for my physical safety from someone who is sworn to protect and serve.help?

i know this is serious buisiness so i looked him up and he currently has a lawsuit for beating and tazering a bar owner 2 years prior who has since passed away(probalbly from his injuries)and his kids Krystal Van Dine and Kieth Van Dine are still in the process of suing him. this cop is dangerous and power hungry. if theres anyone who can help me or who has had a similar incident with this particular police officer please contact me by email.
