Okay this is Omars girlfriend!!! His brakes never went out like that before the light came on we would put brake fluid in and the light would go away!! Granted he shouldn't have been driving he doesn't have a license and Im not saying Im okay with what happened but the fact is it was an accident!!!! And he blew a .005 which is NOTHING for Omar!!!! He wouldn't drive if he was that drunk... you can hate if you want... but the fact is it was an accident!!! Its a country road you can't tell me none of you have ever sped!! Im sorry for everyone's loss but this isn't easy for the people who love him either!!! You can't judge a person off one mistake!!!! Everyone makes them!! Keep Your Head up mi Amor!!!! <3 te amo mucho

First of all, stop speaking that sh## language you call spanish. I know the language as well, it doesn't make you above everyone else that doesn't speak it. This country has 1 language. Use it. Here is a little of my opinion on Omar's ACCIDENT.
1.- Revoked license.
2.- Fun Rap sheet.
3.- HIT and RUN - Heartless!
3.- Homicide by vehicle - Use of a controlled substance.
4.- Whether he only drank a little and then drove...doesn't matter...was he allowed to drive by state law?
5.- Most people are not stupid enough to not get their brakes fixed. If it was a reoccuring problem, quit spending your money on drugs and drinking...get your brakes fixed, and do not drive because your license is revoked.
6.- Don't defend his actions because you love him, defend the rights of the dead and tell him that what he did was not ok. That would send a better message to him than trying to coddle him.
7.- You say that everyone makes mistakes and that you cannot judge a person based on one mistake.. I am not perfect and will never claim to be. You cannot defend his actions in this case because he had broken laws and continually did not learn from them. God played a part in this, and I believe this because I personally knew Giselle. She was one of the nicest people I have ever known. The good die young, and the evil will not. He will spend a good chunk of time in prison that is for sure, and he right deserves every bit he gets. It must take a real coward to run.
8.- Operating while suspended...more than one offense.
9.- Operating while revoked. Do you see a pattern. Someone that doesn't follow Law, apparently will eventually learn. I hope he does on September 1st and 2nd.
10.- Drug Paraphernalia charge.
11.- Underage drinking - 4+ times. Learn from mistakes much? Apparently when you have a problem you are the last to know and want to do something about it. As his girlfriend you failed also.
12.- God made an exchange. God took a really good person, in order to teach an excuse for a human being what punishment and learning from his mistakes is really about. I am ashamed for you that you would even post this. The pain you are going through amounts to nothing compared to the pain her family is going through so don't even compare it. You still have your thug romeo, no one will ever get to talk to Giselle again.
Think good and hard about your life. You need to make some changes as well.

Sounds like human garbage to me.

Storm warning -
Couldn't have said it better myself. People like this don't deserve a second chance. They blew it too many times to count already.

Well...Finally. I am absolutely ecstatic that this waste of space finally will get to hear just how much time he will spend getting pounded by "Bubba".
May GOD have mercy on you and your demons while you come to the realization that you ruined your life and the life Giselle would have had.

Not to mention that this Fucking Excuse of a human being is NOT a legal resident of the united states.
President Obama can lick my nutsack. All illegals should be deported. Enough of this liberal bullshit stating that it is racial profiling. Are they profiling white people when they are looking for one because they have done something illegal? I don't fucking think so. This is rediculous. I am not a racist, I have many mexican, black, asian, you name it, close friends. They are not illegal immigrants. Does our own government not realize what ILLEGAL means? Why are these wiz kids in congress, the house, THE PRESIDENT given so much power to decide what is best when they clearly have another agenda that is profitable to them. Do they get money from the drugs that are smuggled into the country. Does Mexico pay them royalties for every illegal that gets to work in the United States and not pay taxes, and in the end sends that money to their families and out of this country? I am not against their race. If you want to be a citizen, then do it the right damn way! If you have a criminal record and cannot get here the legal way, we do not want you here and stay the fuck out!

Ok first of all omar is a good guy. Sh*t happens, and so do accidents. Ya he may have a record, but that doesnt mean he is a horrible guy. I bet all you as*holes talking s*it have a record to. Who the fu*k cares what race he was or what language he speaks. Just think he has to live with killing someone on his mind every fuc*ing day. Get over yourselfs and grow the hell up. Yes i realize that the family of the dead is hurting but so is his family. Yah sorry but no bubba will not make him his bi*ch at all. Omar has a good head on his shoulders. So all you people talking shit mind your own fuck*ng business, cuz there is not one thing perfect about you.
Okay so i really cant say how i feel because this wont let me so i changed some words but you can just imagine.

No record for me, nor do I claim perfection. I do actually follow rules of this country, as OMAR clearly doesn't respect. I didn't say he is a horrible guy. Everyone can be liked by people and can make mistakes. I believe, however, what you are remembered for in life is worth the most when you die. OMAR is not going to be regarded highly. He simply learned too late that he wasn't living his life correctly and it cost another person their life. If you disagree with that statement, you obviously are bias and do not respect life enough. Go back to your trailer, smoke some weed, drink and drive, or whatever you value as a priority. I am sick of excuses, and paying for your welfare. "Yah sorry but no bubba will not make him his bi*ch at all." You do realize this is a double negative which means you basically said Bubba is making him cry in the shower daily.
