I guess ol DUKE don't realize that everyone knows he lives off of his kid's per ca pita from the Grand Ronde.I think it was inappropriate for him to blame recent misfortunes in Chiloquin on the Casino how sick and desperate was that? If I was the people he slandered I would sue his little black dwarf a$$ off of course they wouldn't get much out of his little broke a$$.I think desperate Duke needs to come back to the real world!

And in more Mazama Crap Farm news, here is the rest of the story! Senate, tribes achieve water right settlement, all true statements. The Claims Resolution Act of 2010 agrees to water rights settlement on behalf of the Crow Tribe of Montana, the White Mountain Apache Tribe of Arizona, the Taos Pueblo in New Mexico, and four other tribes in the state. The Navajo Nation, which already received a water rights settlement in 2009, also received more funds.
Settling the cases is aimed at ensuring that tribes and their neighboring cities and towns will have reliable water supplies to support their communities and economic endeavors, said Sen
Byron Dorgan, D-ND., chairman of the Senate Committee on Indian Affairs.
The Crow settlement is the largest of the batch at $460 million, Apache 126 million, Taos 66 million, and the other Peublo tribes equals about 173 million. The Navajos would receive another 180 million under the legislation.
Meanwhile back in Podunk Chiloquin the fab four of Mitchell, Hatcher, Dumbsmore and Ulman plus the new kid Donnie Gentry, are sure to complete the last nail in the coffin and the Termination of the Klamath Tribe twice over as they negotiate legislation for the KBRA agreement!
These geniuses of Water Negotiation will get the Tribe 21 million dollars maybe plus 8 million dollars in debt for the Mazama Crap Farm.
The senators were heard saying " is this for real or is someone smoking the medical marijuana". We need to close the deal before someone wakes up!

I just want to thank Jeff Mitchell, Taylor Tupper , and The Lawyers for f#cking up our treaty and water rights !! Thank you deuche bags for taking away the one most important thing we have , and that is our water and treaty rights !!! These dumb Ass#oles outta be tarred and feathered when this deal comes down maybe the idiots that voted for it will realize finally how badly we have been screwed over for these scum to line their pockets !!! And I swear if I see that witch Taylor Tupper put any more propaganda for Jeff in the paper , I am going on a witch hunt to have her big banjo butt throwed off as the news editor with some signatures saying how she only reports one sided krap for the Jeff Mitchell group saying how lovely and good this Mazama Shit Farm is for the tribe!!! WAKE UP PEOPLE!!! Where do you think your percapita money is all going !!! It's going into the debt Jeff and these crooked lawyers have put us in behind closed doors, and then they have this Tupper pig report how lovely the deal is !!!!! SICKENING, SICKENING ,SICKENING!!!!!! It will be a sad day when it is announced that our treaty and water rights are gone forever because of these bottom feeding scum !!!!!! I have never ever seen this Tupper pig in the woods exercising any tribal rights !! Only rights she exercises are her mouth flapping muscles, along with her cow sister that stuffs her fat face in Klamoya every day!!! They are all swindlers taking the klamath peoples money, with Jeff and Willy Hatcher at the helm !! Then they laugh behind our backs saying how dumb we are!! My cousin that works there heard them laughing at the people one day when they thought everyone was gone, when they seen her they shut up real quick !! They are out to ruin us all to line there own pockets...

We can still stop the legislation. First of all have the tribal Chairman, and I mean Gary, not Donni Gentry, you got that Gary? YOU are the Chairman. Do not sign anything that involves the KBRA agreement. Remove the present negotiating team! Do you have the nerve to do this for the people? If you ask the people, you know- the ones that you promised to include in any General Council decisions, not Tribal Council, not Tribal Administration, us, the GENERAL COUNCIL whom you promised to represent, our tribal people, and ask us for our help from this mess that they got us into; we will support you when you tell us the truth. Isn't that what you promised? You would find out the truth for us and would always let us know what was going on- what's with those "retreats?" Why do you need confidentiality from us? We are the ones who need to know details so we can help you decide on what's best for the people, not the few who are getting stinking rich. I didn't vote for the damn forced referendum- I just can't understand why people really voted to do away with our water, the creator's gift to the Klamath Modoc and Yahooskin people. Without water there is no life. We should have been the ones at the lead table, not begging for a piece of useless land that is going to put us in possibly 21 million dollars of debt. Let's go Chairman Frost- step up to the real plate, not the girls softball plate- a thousand wins means means nothing, nothing for our people. Make some damn phone calls- ask for help from honest people.

I would have to agree I think Gary needs to start keeping his word and stop letting the terrorists in that building make the decisions for the rest of us.

The last two posts are genuinely the crux of the problem. A few people have dictated the future of our Tribe and they have led in a direction that will surely diminish Tribal rights. The editor of the news letter echos their theme, Jobs, Jobs, Jobs! Where is their proof that this will be the result of the KBRA, how many jobs, when will these jobs appear? The piece of land that they want to purchase already has a challenge from the Endangered Species Act, and this is what we are signing to dictate our future water rights? Read the history of this act and see how it is destroying communities across the country. Remember Chiloquin before the Spotted Owl? You will be controlled by people that live thousands of miles away and have no interest in your economic well-being, only in legislating in favor of what is politically correct at the time. There needs to be a GC where the people that drafted and signed these documents answer these questions, just as the GC directed BEFORE this legislation was voted on by the Tribe!

I have been waiting since the new chairman FROST NOT GENTRY took the position, for all the promises he made. Especially the one that there would be no closed meetings, everything would be brought before the GENERAL COUNCIL so we would all know exactly what is going on. I would like an explaination of what these "retreats" are. If minutes are taken and can anyone request copies? In the H&N Mr Frost said he sits back and delegates to the tribal council... Does this then mean that everything the tribal council does is delegated and approved by Chairman Frost? If so then in the end will it be Frost that will shoulder all responsibility for what the KBRA, Masama tree farm, etc. brings to the Klamath Tribes? What a legacy. Really sad.

If you people knew no one is lining their pockets. Except for some people on EDC. They couldn't even get a loan from the bank to get the travel center running so they borrowed it from the casino. That is where all of our per capita is gone too. Ask the EDC how much they had to get from the casino to get it started. I think it was over a couple million. I don't know why people are so upset about the mazama tree farm, it might be logged and whatever, but at least the land will be our own tribal land. And we aren't losing no rights that I know of I have read the documents so someone needs to inform me where to look and find where it says that. Oh yeah and ask Willy Ray how that golf course is comin along, He recieved a buttload of money to do that and he still don't have nothin out there barely.

Any one who would defend the Mazama Tree Farm was a partner in the crime. You two groups both ridiculous in your attempt to control the resources of the Tribe, with no conscious for the crimes you commit. You don't own the Mazama tree farm until it is paid for you Dandy idiot! Right now you owe 29 million and your paying for it with what??? Who's money for that lease option to buy?
No wonder your afraid to go out in the woods without the rest of the crooks but never alone enjoying what your making a temporary sovereign right! Idiot!

Hello Dummy why would you want logged out barren waste land NO THANKS!It 's going to end up like all the rest of the stupid projects than have gone bad, and whats going to happen when there is no more trees or piles left to chip? The taxpayers don't want to pay for the crap farm and I don't blame them, thus they are boycotting the Casino and Travel center we will be lucky if it doesn't go under. You can find these comments in the herald and news if you don't believe me, Why was Jeff M. kids telling everyone that they were going to be millionaires soon as the crap farm deal went through? What good will it do to have our own land when no one is capable of managing it?

U.S. Government is experienced in loaning our Tribes huge sums of dollars in the name of Jeff Mitchell, that they know we can't make debt payments, and they will come in and re-negotiate our loans over WATER, and water will get privatized to pay back the loans we can't repay with the BioMass Plant, and we will have to restructure our debt in the form of privatizing our water with U.S. Corporation loans, the U.S. Corporations will control our water in the future, instead of our Tribal laws that could enforce adjudication of our Water Rights, and we turn over our Water Rights, for loan repayments we couldn't meet, because of elected officials, like in the name of Jeff Mitchell!! Let's just agree with Washington, D.C. elected officials, and not follow Tribal votes and lose everything that we could all keep in our pockets based on Whitey's Tribal Agreements and Treaties!! Keep voting for Jeff, and see everything lost, while he keeps getting paid for consulting services he is not licensed to accomplish, and has never been voted into office to speak for himself, over all tribal interests!!

Does the Tribe have the right to sell water for the Mazama Tree Farm?
