MY CHOICE WOULD BE CALVIN MILLER!! ANY BUSINESS KNOWS THAT HAPPY EMPLOYEES ARE GOOD FOR BUSINESS!! IN MY OPINION CALVIN GOES THE EXTRA MILE TO BE GOOD TO EMPLOYEES!!! HE DOES NOT COME IN TO WORK TO HUMILIATE....DEGRADE....EMBARR ASS & SPREAD HATRED AS SOME DO!! HE WOULD HAVE NO PROBLEM GETTING RID OF THE HATERS.. THE LAZY ONES...AND THE ONES THAT HATE OUR TRIBE.... MY SECOND CHOICE WOULD BE RANDY AS NEW BLOOD & NEW IDEAS ARE NEEDED!! LIL LOU? DONT KNOW HIS EDUCATION.. THE REST ARE SUCH A JOKE BUT I KNOW THEY ARE TOO STUPID TO REALIZE HOW STUPID THEY ARE!! THATS PAST STUPID!!!THEY CANT GET A JOB ANYPLACE ELSE. NOBODY WOULD HIRE THEM!! WE DONT NEED THEM. Only reason you certain employees are happy with Calvin is because he is just as much of a deadbeat as you are. He doesn't make you do your job or hold you accountable because he himself is nothing but a loser and the biggest joke in there, and he does treat employees bad,he humiliates ,embarrass, and degrades those employees who do,do their job just because they make him look bad and show him as the loser he really is

This I do believe is KBOD's grand idea. The GM should have been sent packing long ago. Guess they had to keep her to do the re do of the screwed up peak to peak fiasco. Do a "reality check" on the wonderful KBOD idea of coming up with such a screwball plan.

I believe what Calvin supporters are really afraid of is they know there would be no problem sending their sorry asses down the road should someone get in there that would hold them accountable.
How stupid is stupid to want a lazy ass drunk and drug addict running the casino.
You think it's bad now, put Calvin in there and watch him finish off letting the casino go down in flame, but I guess as long as your happy you wouldn't give a crap if it did

This is the craziest thing the casino has ever done. I believe Ellsworth set this plan in place to move himself right into the GM position. Obviously he has changed his mind but the plan is still in place. I have heard that Kim H. also has applied. I doubt Doug has applied. He doesn't want any closer to the door than he already is. Too much time off for "headaches". Choosing him for CM was a blunder from day one. There are no tribal members that I think can do the job. I work there. I am a good employee & I too would choose Calvin. Most of the casino employees would. He wears badge but doesn't use it as a "bully badge" the way others do. You don't have to agree but he is by far the best choice. My opinion as well as many employees.

You said you work there and can't think of one tribal member that can do the job,so why than are you kissing Calvin's black butt so hard? If you are the good employee you claim which I suspect NOT, then start doing your damn job instead of wasting your time kissing butt. The next general manager fore the casino must have:
1. At minimum, a B.A. degree (proving that they have the ability to complete something, start to finish).
2. At minimum at least 5 years of direct management experience for an organization with annual revenues of over $10 million.
3. At minimum supervision of at least 100 employees.

Now if you can find a Tribal member with these minimum qualifications. Otherwise do not expect anything different than what has happened over the past 15 years.

Anytime they advertise for a top management job they ALWAYS put in the college degree bs. Then they will say the people with degrees want too much $$$$ so they hire whoever they want. All the qualifications they ask for mean nothing when it comes time to hire. This keeps people from applying because they think these are the REAL things they have to have. It will boil down to..if you can say your abc's & count to 100 without making a mistake you are hired if you are the one they want. Watch & see if I am right.

It's a training program get it.
This does not require any degrees.
All I ever hear is your constant bitching that all they do is hire the whites but when there is a program put in place to hire tribal you bash your own people

Even if it is a training program there are requirements. Go to klamoya employment & read the requirements for yourself. Nobody is bashing anybody. Some of the requirements are required & some are preferred.
