Brass Knux is white owned. The fighters are paid peanuts, if there even paid. Tickets are spendy....and who is reapin' the benefits? If you believe exploitation of your own people, so some white folk can make a dollar is cool, think again.
Who gives a shit? These kids are working out and actually have a sport they can do and I am sure are proud of. Quit raining on their parade. It's ridiculous

Native American youth are at a greater risk of trauma, depression,
and PTSD as a result of grief and exposure to violence. When exposure to traumatic events occurs frequently, or when traumatic stress is left unaddressed, children are susceptible to:
Relationship problems
Drug and alcohol abuse
Violent behavior
Suicide and depression
Lower grades, increased school suspensions, and dropout
Bullying and victimization
Not to Mention....
Lateral violence among our own people. The effects of historical trauma can include self-hate and oppression within our own society or within our own community. We see the prejudice or maltreatment of one another as domestic violence, child abuse, family feuds, unhealthy tribal politics, gang violence, and, finally, community apathy.
Alcoholism and substance abuse within the Indian population has had a tremendous impact on our health and spiritual well being. The introduction of alcohol to Native populations was with the intent of drunkenness and exploitation. It is our leading killer. It also medicates our emotions and prevents many of us from processing other historical traumas.

"Use or utilization, especially for profit."
SInce you know everything, maybe you could come up with answers for all these issues. If I'm not mistaken, these problems are in every community. And, what does this have to do with cage fighting you pompous hippocrite

Your Octagon went to Ft. Bidwell, and Hoopa! Why not come home to Chi-Town? We're ready to see throw-downs in the town that is best known for throw-downs!????? Our Chi Boys keep winning and are the most controversial fighters on your circuit! SO why don't you try to make money in the most controversial city that all of your fighters want to get in the cage with???? CHILOQUIN CAGE-FIGHTS will be you biggest money maker! The fighters you promote are afraid of fighting in Chiloquin because of hear-say, so why not take the chance to shut them up?? Or are you scared that your fighters will lose to the best fighters out there?! Audie Noneo is not from Chi, and I would love to see Audie Noneo against Chi's best!! I think Audie Noneo would kick our ass!!! I want to see that match in Chiloquin, and not in Klamath Falls!!! Audie Noneo is your best fighter, and having Audie Noneo win in Chiloquin would spark new dollars in attendance at all of your future Rings in other cities!!! Dollars is what I'm seeing that will help propel your business to step up to the next level that you want to get to!!! Hold your next fights in Chiloquin, and I guarantee an Audie Noneo win will help elevate your business status to the next level you want to reach!!!! I promise you that Audie Noneo will be your money-stream!!! Just don't pull out of Chiloquin in favor of K Falls at a later date!! We've been there, and Audie rocked Washi Collins!! Audie Noneo will help elevate your game after he wins in Chiloquin!! I'm true Chiloquin, but I know that Audie Noneo is your Ticket to the next level, but only if you let him bet my town's best, that I know he will beat down!!!

They were booked at the Big Gym before they got KO'd. They tried the Casino but that didn't work out either. Gotta give em props for finding a local venue in a short amount of time. Good luck to all our Chi guys!

Chi boys are cage-fighting because it could be a money-making opportunity for them, that no other Chiloquin business is giving them an opportunity to just work to earn a living. There is money to be gained in cage-fighting that no other business is giving our boys and girls an opportunity to earn a living.
Are you sure? Others were claiming all of the fighters are already working good jobs. Also, if they are low income and have no job, they would more than likely be able to attend college with quite a bit of financial support from grants. Job Corps will take most 16-21 years olds, teach them a trade, provide high school or GED education, and pay them to attend! These fighters are not paid, someone already clarified that. If they are hurt, who pays? Tribal Health? If they are killed, who suffers? Come on now, who is really benefiting from the "money-making opportunity?"

Will you name the ones who have turned their lives around due to MMA?

Also...

It doesnt appear that there is alot of "hating" going on. It does however, seem as though there was advocacy for the well-being of youth in the community and the impact violence has/can have on tribal communities.

If a MMA event is going to have such a negative effect on the youth of this community, then I would think the parents need to step up and do a better job at raising their kids. They see violence everyday. how can a sporting event be such a negative impact? Remember this is Chiloquin. It's a part of life. The Park in the summer time? c'mon get real, advocates or should I say whiners or abusers of power? just cause you sit in position where you think you have power and can complain to other organizations at the whim of fellow family members you should probably think twice before you waste your next wish on such a stupid cause. there's bigger fish.

Chi fighters take it seriously and are deep in training, and hate to face holidays that include drinking, because their fight dates are close to drinking holidays because they want to win their fights, and stay away from partying, because they want to win their cage fights!! These are my boys, and I support them in their serious training and witness their cage wins when they stick to their training, and stay away from the drinking all the haters think they are all about!! Chi fighters have won more fights than losing fights, because they stay straight and train to win! My nephews have a bad-ass cousin out of Ft. Bidwell that is a black-belt and kicks ass in the cage! He don't drink and is a full-blooded NDN who don't drink or drug!! He's my favorite fighter, and a close friend, and I will put my money on him against anybody from Chi, but maybe not against Wauseka Brown, Jr. But I think they are cousins, and would never fight each other! Wau Jr. doesn't need to cage fight to prove himself, and Audie Noneo is a real cage fighter who would kick all of yur doubting asses!!! Get in the cage with him, if you're so bad!! My money is on Audie every day of his Cage Career!!! HAHAHAHAHAHA!!!!!
