Polluting the national energy debate
Two town-operated wind turbines in Falmouth have been targeted for removal over noise and alleged related health concerns sometimes referred to as "wind turbine syndrome." Fox News recently covered the story, saying that residents claim to have experienced "devastating" effects.

Why would a town pay three years on a 5 million dollar loan for three years ? If the paper work was completed three years ago the money would have been called a grant with no payments and costs to the taxpayers of the Town of Falmouth.
The news story is long but there must be a fly in the ointment somewhere. Is it possible the permitting process was flawed from the start of the project ? Does the project really qualify for the stimulus funds ?
The American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009 or what is called the stimulus package says you have to buy American. The Falmouth wind turbine wasn't built in USA.
