Leisure World Residents Falling Victim To Crime Recently:

Police are saying that some people from the outside are coming into Leisure World by climbing over a fence and messing with residents cars in the middle of the night. Cars have been stolen by ignition puncturing with screwdrivers and so forth. Elderly women have been accosted in the parking lots at night by strangers coming in from elsewhere. Young hispanic men have been taunting the elderly women in the Leisure World complex and making trouble and many residents are now afraid of living in the area. Too few security guards patrol the area and residents are afraid of coming home at night due to hoodlums hanging out in the parking lots. This October, many of them will soon look for another place to live because of the problems in Leisure World.

I hear that this coming October, many people soon plan to move out and people working in law enforcement will move in to make the area safer. Is that true? Hopefully so!

Leisure World is becoming a target for these unsubs too these days due to the vulnerability of the residents. The residents are planning to move to get away from the crime in the areas.
