Noise Level

When is someone going to do something about the rude, selfish people that insist on sharing their music with the world -- not even their music, just the base!!!!! I am so tired of having my children scared out of a sound sleep but these rude people. Here it is 10:00 PM at night and some jerk is sitting in his car with the base blaring and he is at least 3 houses away.

This happen at all hours. This is a form of torture -- it was used on Noreiga a few years back.

Here we go again, the 4th weekend in a row with a loud party with music blaring. The heck with anyone else in the neighborhood. It's not like we can even hear the "music" it is just the stead thumping of bass!!! Last weekend there was two parties going on at the same time -- one of them didn't even start until about 9:30 PM. Police were called at 11:30 PM but they were either too busy to respond or didn't think important enough. I guess even though I pay my share of taxes I have no rights. And please don't tell me it is their house and they have the right to play their music as loud as they want. I would agree with that statement as long as they keep their music in their backyard -- not mine. This is my house and I would rather not listen to it.
