One time I wanted to work outside the fence and I had the attorney that represented on the lawsuit write me a letter of character saying he represented me on a large settlement so that it would show I was not likely to escape and I sent this letter to warden Jefferys and he gave it to MS. Henry and she called me to her office to talk about it.
Word spread like wildfire about me having this money and some guards cut me a little extra slack.
Ask Ms. Henry if you dont believe me but do it in a way so she dont think im willing to pay you to get the message/question over there because that would put heat and pressure on you and the person the message was meant for.
Going to lunch now but let me know if your interested
Come on Uncle Cracker

The men who get away with this behavior tend to be pillars of the community: polite, well-spoken, well-groomed church goers. Well-employed, the kind of guys that have people saying they don't believe it when they are finally accused. My daughter was the victim of such a guy. He threatened her so thoroughly as a child that she is still afraid to report him (She is over 21 now).

My daughter has been under psychiatric care for a number of years now. She cannot work in an environment where there are men, even though the job she studied for is in a male-dominated field. In the mean time, her molester is still walking the streets of Ross County, living his life

Get aload of this!.

When I was in the joint there was a pervert in there saying that when a girl has her first period at about age 13 that was when God meant for her to start having sex.

He Got his ass beat a couple times for making that statement but was a hero among the other ChoMoes.

How Can A Man Even Get Turned On By A 13 Year Old Kid???
I like younger woman about 25-40 years old but any younger than that I find no turnon from them what-so-ever

Once again Mike, you are making no point. Rootswitch was pointing out that these child perverts usually put on a good 'mask' by posing as a good person in the community.

And I love your stories how you were the most respected man in prison. The best part is how, even if it were true, it is so shameful. You supposedly 'came into' money through an accident. You did not make all this alleged money by hard work or brains.

If someone works in this system & has access to protection or in a good job position . It's hard to prove a sexual assault , unless you go immediately and have a rape kit done. Even a Nurse can have access to drugs that sedate a person & take advantage of them. There are some sick people out there & they can put on a good act. But I truly believe it catches up with hem. Investigate your nurses carefully. Don't believe everything you hear.

Jesus, do they not screen people in these positions anymore? I can understand someone developing a substance addiction, or even committing an emotional crime after hiring, but you think there would be signs for this type of sexual deviancy.
I don't think people just wake up one day and have the urge to do this, nor do they hit rock bottom and turn to kids as a crutch (like substances).
NOW THIS IS NEWS AND NEEDS TO BE ON TOPIX NOT ABOUT DRUGS AND RAIDS ALL THE TIME, LET'S GET REAL.

He never got convicted. Even though i testified and he admitted. They let him go. I dont even know why this is up.

Its been years and it hurts still seeing this discussion.

Just if anyone has kids. Remember never to leave them alone even with family. Its a common mistake, you think you can trust them and because of this young little girls like me or young little boys get hurt. Please be protective of your kids.

Hey Lee Anne, time to give it a rest?

Just to set the record strait "Ann" is Roger's ex wife who hired a con artist to do a fake polygraph on Roger to try and get him arrested. Ross county completely botched the investigation and arrested Roger based on Lee Anne's claims to have a taped confession (from the con man.) There was never a conviction because it was all a lie. Ross county prosecutors never actually reviewed the tape until AFTER Roger was arrested.(Big shock! Ross county made an error!) Roger never admitted anything in court or otherwise and there was nothing of use on that tape. A jury of NINE WOMEN and three men found him NOT GUILTY.

About a year after this Lee Anne's daughter (mother of the child in question) called Roger to apologize for lying about him.

A year after that the mother of the child (Laura) was arrested for plotting to murder her 3 children including the child from this case.

Roger did make a mistake. He married into a family of crazy people. He may be weird and he may not have been the perfect employee or co-worker but he is NOT a child molester. He is a victim to a woman who spent years studying psychology only to use it to try and manipulate people instead of get a job.

Roger lost everything because of this despite the fact that the mother of the child (Laura) has now admitted she lied about Roger and lost custody of all 3 of her children for plotting their murder. She had even purchased the murder weapons.

Thankfully Roger was found innocent, Laura can't go near her kids and as for good old "Ann?" Working at Mickey d's and drowning in bitterness.

All of you people on here should be ashamed of yourselves. Especially Roger's ex wife Lee Anne (ann.) Hell has a special place for you and your daughter for what you did and continue to do.

Glad to know the bitch didn't succeed in setting Roger up. He was always a little quirky but, there's no crime against that. Thanks for telling the truth.

The victim lied about her mom to go back home. There were also no weapons found or purchased by her mom. She didn't have the money for a drawn out custody battle after all of the stuff her daughter and ex pulled.

They do not. My husband works at CCI they don't do enough. It should be just like the police department with lie detector test. They should go all the way back with a hair sample. As well as have alot more training. You have to many officers worrying more flirting with each other or trying to big the big shot on duty. Acting like they are cops when all they carry are some hand cuffs and mace. It's why half the staff is bringing in drugs and catching cases themselves. You also have officers like Marissa Zimmerman who posts everything that happens at work. Which isn't allowed. I'm not sure how she still has a job I would say she was sucking off someone to keep from getting in hot water. Although I wish she would go ahead and come out of the closet. We all know she prefers the oyster.

It seems that CCI workers get by with all sorts of crimes. I know a guy who is currently facing his 2nd domestic violence. Took three calls to the sheriff for them to even finally do something. Although he got to leave jail next day instead of staying until court on that Monday. I'm sure he will get out of this one too. I just can't wait for the day when the state patrol catches him out driving on one of his drunken nights. Maybe then some kind of justice will be served. I just feel sorry for the woman going thru this because he will probably get out of this one also.

I doubt where he works has anything to do with him getting off. Maybe they don't think it's serious enough. If you was really worried about it you'd say his name so others could be warned.

It is not an invasive check, it is no more invasive than a check for employees at Wal-Mart. Trust me, I know.
