I keep looking in the Gazette but haven't seen any information about the benefit to help this family. Does anyone know when it is and how the family is doing?

How are they all doing? And when is the benefit to help them with their medical bills?

Didn't the person that hit them have insurance?

I don't know whether she did or not. Lots of people carry only minimum levels of insurance that isn't enough to cover much when there is serious personal injury.

I thought it was the father who was driving and he had the two grandchildren and the woman who hit them was the daughter; so she hit the van carrying her dad and her two sons.

Regardless of what is going on with that, there are people who need financial help because insurance is not going to be enough.

Does anyone know if there is a benefit or not?

not sure about a benefit however there is a bank account set up to accept donations to help pay for expenses. I believe it is at Ross county banking center not positive though! Insurance doesn't cover mortgages and utility bills or groceries for that matter. To clear things up the daughter hit the van containing her father, younger brother (who was driving) and her son. The father is the only source of income and has been unable to work because of the accident so any help would be greatly appreciated.

That family don't need any "help" but mental help

So do you think the only source of income, the father/grandfather, who now can't work is going to help lessen the stress load on the family or increase it? Have some compassion. Let law enforcement deal with the daughter who caused the accident but have just a little compassion for the innocent people she hurt.

This was almost 3 years ago. It was Tim Sr, Tim Jr and Chris. Weird accident as it was Chris's bioligical mother Timberly that hit Chris head on in a stolen vehicle (high on drugs).

WOW. Weird is an understatement. Sorry. Didn't look at the date stamp and didn't realize I'd revived such an old thread. Would anyone happen to know Casey or Marsha Claytor?

The family has excellent insurance, thank you very much. BTW houses on Brewer Heights don't have cheap house payments. How long could you afford that if you were suddenly unable to work? Let me guess....you are independently wealthy and prepared for any and all situations.

not only that but the grandparents have 3 or 4 kids of their own, 1 was still underage and they was raising 2 of Timberly's underage children. Timberly has been a screwup for a long time now. When this happened they deserved all the compassion in the world except Timberly who keeps popping out kids and doing drugs. So to the person that thinks these grandparents are bottom feeders you are crazier than hell. I have known them a long time, if it wasn't for them taking her 2 boys who knows how they would have ended up. With the grandparents they ended great kids, doing good in school, playing sports, and not trouble makers. So lay off of them. You want to talk about someone talk about Timberly.
