How many strikes does it take to lock up these thieves and trouble makers around here? Some of them have charges that range from DUI to a 3rd degree Felony within 5 years, and several traffic violations in those years also. And they are still walking free! Some charged with probation violation and only serving a few months out of a 2 year sentence! Seriously, they were on probation for breaking the law! Now they brake those rules and still get out of full punishment.

Makes you wonder, doesn't it? Like the tramp ass, pill head thief that has outstanding DV and FA warrants for assaulting a senior citizen.Twice! Then when he turned himself in they just let him out with no bond or anything. Get in trouble over and over and he still gets out. Is it the police, the sheriff, or the judges? Does someone have to die before he is incarcerated?

As long as they keep snitching on other peoples wrong doings, and setting others up to get busted, they won't be incarcerated. Period. It's been that way for years, unfortunately. I feel if they do the crime, they should do the damn time, regardless of who else they take with them to try to save their sorry asses. Our judicial system however does not.

Its always the other person that needs locked-up

When I was in the county jail I seen some dudes mother come in there and told the guards,
"MY SON IS A GOOD GUY AND HES NOT LIKE THE OTHER ONES THAT NEEDS LOCKED-UP"

I was thinking to myself, PLEASE!!!

Both of these sites are public records.
I searched a name I seen in the paper a few times in the past month, and on top of the 15 different run in's with the cops over the past 10 years. There are two felony charges with a court date set for the first of the year. Seriously! Lock them up till their day in court..

I think the same way, how many times must you get in trouble? My x turned himself in for 3 theft charges the day he was going to court for a theft charge and they let him go. Not to mention a totak of 7 domestic violence, and menacing charges he has had in the ast 4 yrs between myself and others.... thiais his 6 theft.. yet he is walking the streets... they dont care much here, and when you finally get a cop to press charges, the judge lets them go anyway
