My prayers and thoughts are with Daniels family and friends. Once again seems some officals have done a great job with this case. Hope justice is served soon.

I used to babysit Travis when he was a kid. He seems to have become involved with drugs Kevin Ison I went to school with .
My prayers are with the children that David left behind and the parents of the ones involved in this.
this stuff could be avoided if we had a better rehabilitation system.

Justice needs to be served, those boys need to do life in prison, absolutely no regard for human life or those who suffer from losing a parent,

Yes, it is very sad our young people don't get help until it is to late. We really do need to show more "tough love" to our young people. My prayers go out to the family.

If those boys are guilty, they need the death penalty. We can not give people tickets for commiting murder. That's exactly what we do when we allow these inhuman killers to spend life in prison. This young man or no one else should die in the hands of another.

If Pike County handles this the same way they Did for Cody Jones (CJ) the they will get by with murder just like Cody's dad did.

The Jone's case was a case of self defense.
He was trying to harm his Father.

Well Kevin has been to court now & though he was sentenced for a few years not one of those charges had to do with "murder". David was my nephew & I can't for the life of me understand
how Kevin's charges did not include murder, pre-meditated, etc.Now the other guy goes to court on the 3rd of November. Odds are he'll get even less time if any.

This is pure injustice and just proves that the whole system in Waverly is nothing but a joke that has to be fixed everyone that had to do with this case should have to look every day into the eyes of David's children and tell them why the men that murdered their father are walking away from this with nothing more than a few years in jail. Each of them deserved the death penalty for what they did to David. Of course no one will do anything about it there will be no change in the system and this will be just another mindless posting that will get lost. Because people do what they are told to do and believe that the system is not as bad as it is until it touches their life and they realize that alone they have no voice that can be heard and that no one will stand up and fight for them. The prosecuting attorney should have this case framed on his wall what a wonderful job I hope he is very proud of himself. David always stood up to be there whenever somebody needed him who stood up for him ?
