nurse aide training

I am wondering if any facilities in Chillicothe offer free nurse aide traing if you work for them for so long? I have ben certified before but it has ran out need to renew it and get state tested any info would be greatly appreciated thanks

Try Valley View Alzheimer's in Frankfort. They certified me several years ago. Good Teachers too.

I am a nurse at a rest home most places dont pay for classes any more but if u go to dinner with me i will pay for classes and get u a job

Go to pickaway ross. You take a 2 week class for about $500 , then you take your stna test. Or you get a job & most nursing homes will offer to pay for you to get your stna. Because almost all nursing homes would rather have stna's instead of cna's. Just to be safe. unless you wanna work for a home health agent, cause they never ask for you to get your stna. Ross County Health but they are shitty employers.They work you till your 90 days are up then they terminate you.

Most places work you until your period to be Stna licensed is up. It's just how they work. I am not saying I like it just saying that's how they do it.

Don't matter to me, I was only stating what I know of and experienced. I know for a fact Kindred does the same thing. You have 90 days or might be 4 months to get licensed then they have to fire you if you dont. It's alot of places rules. Your welcome to call around and ask, I did.
