Just Walk Everyday REALLY!!!

When I was locked-up I seen big guys that probably weighed 400lbs
After about 6 months of spending their rec. time walking they went down to half that size.

The body is mostly made up of water and if you get a good sweat going you can lose a couple pounds in just one day.

There used to be a drug called FASTIN aka: Penthermine and if I stayed out all night I would take 2-3 of these things just to stay awake and I not only lost about 5lbs in one night but they made me horney like you wouldnt believe.

CAREFUL THOUGH BECAUSE THEY CAN BE ADDICTING!!!
This was like 20 years ago and dont even know if this drug is still around.
BUT STAY AWAY FROM THAT METH AND COCAINE BECAUSE YOUR BETTER OFF OVERWEIGHT THAN START THAT HABIT!!

bless your heart! I'm sure it's frustrating for you! I think it's more about feeling healthy than worry about the skin sagging!

Dawn- How overweight are you? Since this is an anonymous forum, would you mind sharing height/weight?

Any previous injuries?
Any physical hobbies?

I'd be happy to help!

Just a lot of exercise... Lots of water and hope it goes back. I lost about 125 pounds years back but luckily I was young. It goes back easier when you are young :) sometimes though if you are seriously obese (I obviously was but I'm talking 350+) then it won't always matter what you do.

I did a lot of walking, sit ups etc. Even though I did over 500 sit-ups a day, it didn't take my belly area back to where it once was...I had to have a c-section plus 2 other surgeries in the same areas. Muscles cut that many times sucks!!! Good luck!

Best To Be Checked By A Doctor Before Doing The Water Thing!!!

Not everyone that is overweight is lazy.

You could have somekind of illness where your body dont rid itself of water and thats whats making you overweight.
If its something like that water would only make it worse!!!

Mike you sure are a pleathera of information! My advice is find a friend to work out with and you can be a support system to one another! There are lots of good at home work outs if you feel uncomfortable in a public setting! I feel uncomfortable about that so I do my stuff in my living room

Obviously water can be over done. Yes, I am full aware that there are health conditions that can 1 cause you too retain fluid and 2 too much water can make it worse. I'm actually not an idiot. I do not recall the person that started this topic mentioning any health conditions that had water restrictions!!!!

I've had health problems since I was young!! High blood pressure since I was a teen (no, not caused from being overweight) and a really screwed up diseased knee since I was about 22... I force myself to get up and do something, anything!!! I work through pain, agony and tears at times but I do it!! You just have to be determined.

And This Is Why I Say Be Checked By A Doctor.

Sometimes people have a condition and they self-doctor it and its not what they think it is.

Maybe the condition like a weight problem started as a kid and their mother told them they have a weight problem from their grandmothers side etc.
They grow up thinking its just a weight problem when it is really somekind of illness that could be easily corrected.

Well I think its safe to say that theres a man out there that will look at you and you will be perfect in his eyes if you havent already found him.
And if you got love nothing else matters anyway IMO

We all have little things that we dont like about ourselfs so if you get your weight the way you want it you will find something else to complain about and thats just the way it is.

I would say if you got love and not alone in this world just go with the flow.

When a woman is married and starts getting real serious about something like weight loss etc. some men will see that as a indicator that the woman might have her eyes on another man.
JUST SOMETHING TO CONSIDER BECAUSE IT CAN START ALL KINDS OF ARGUEMENTS EVERYTIME YOU LEAVE THE HOUSE BY YOURSELF.
I Know this to be true based on what a couple of my friends told me about their wifes after they had a few beers.

mike if I knew you I'd have to smack you! If a man is that insecure that he doesn't want his girl to look good and feel good about herself than that's his issue not hers! I can't believe you said that! A man should feel good when he knows his woman does! My husband does!
