One the regular seating side (non bar side) they had 1 guy working the entire area. Roughly 10-15 tables full of people. A girl said 'just have a seat anywhere' as we walked in. I had to grab a wet knap to wipe the sticky able off. We sat with 2 kids for 15-20 minutes and the lone waiter had not even had a chance to great our table yet. Crazy....

Anyways we left and hit up roosters and had great food and service. I like Bdubs but they def don't have their A game crew working tonight... The girl that said 'set anywhere' was sitting behind the counter of the are as soon as u walk in and looking bored, woulda been a good idea to go out and help your lone waiter out...At least he was trying.

Have not been Bdubs for a while but the service is no better at the Chillicothe Roosters. We were waited on after two other groups that arrived after we did. Our beer was delivered AFTER the wings and nobody ever came back to see if we wanted a second one. Our food order was not complete and the waitress had to be REMINDED about the missing items. We asked about changing a TV to a particular sporting event that was coming up and was very rudely told that THEY DID NOT CHANGE THE TV CHANNELS so we hurried up and ate our meal. Just as we were leaving, a loud mouth bunch of drunks, who appeared to be regulars, came in and DEMANDED the TV be changed to the same sporting event we had asked about. There was no hesitation even though many customers were still watching a different sporting event that was in its last few minutes. There was a distinctive uproar when the TVs were changed. We bought a 12 pack and went home to watch the game.

Quite honestly, the whole experience was the worst customer service I have ever seen and I'll not be back. I also believe that Bdubs has better wings than Roosters.

I've had mostly good service at Bdubs. Almost entirely. However at least half my experiences at roosters are awful (I only go when that's where my friends want to go). I say at the bar one time and was ignored because the bartender was busy talking to (perhaps borderline flirting) with a group of regulars on the other side. The service at the tables are hit and miss and even when in waited on promptly they often forget server all things or mess up my order. I think tho all has to do with roosters trying to be more like hooters and hiring all the pretty girls over qualified ones. The preference of regulars there to the average customer is what peeves me most.

You know everybody has a bad day. Clearly it's not a goo idea to staff one person for an entire dinning room. Maybe someone got sick or had an emergency. I agree that the bored chick should have jumped in and helped out but some people just aren't team players. I have eaten at both roosters and bws and both have things I like and dislike, however I don't think one bad experience warrants public ridicule and damnation.

If it is not brought to attention, then how will the problem be fixed?
I told the lady at the front who most likely wasn't a manager and who also most likely didn't relay the message. Topix is a great place to rate and discuss local businesses, and as a business owner, see what REAL complaints customers have and try to fix them.

B-dubs is nasty and way overated. Applebees is just as bad, I found a rock in my food that could have broke a tooth. The fatass manager at the time said she would comp my meal but did she? no! Her attitude stunk and acted as though I planted the damn thing. Most restaurants treat you bad when your not dressed fancy. The thought that goes through their minds is well i wont be getting a tip from them so I will do as little as possible.

I'm not one that really cares about customer service much to be honest. I like to just eat and go. Hell if the server didn't bring me something I normally get up and go ask for it myself. But I don't really prefer the food at Bdubs. I know a lot of people would disagree with me, but the wings just aren't as good as Roosters if you ask me.
Every try Roosters in Circleville? Been there several times, food and service are much better than Roosters Chillicothe.
I think tho all has to do with roosters trying to be more like hooters and hiring all the pretty girls over qualified ones.
It's just Chillicothe. I've been in three other Roosters and they all had excellent employees who were more interested in the service provided to ALL of their customers. Makes me believe that it is a Manager problem who does not know how to hire the appropiate employees or it's what he/she wants them to do. Either way, the service sucks at the Chillicothe Roosters.
