Another sad commentary on the state of affairs at our local hospital. Losing doctors by the day, ER group possibly the worst it has ever been, the dealings toward employees by management....Just plain sad for everyone

All traceable back to the CEO, his cronies and the Board of Directors which are appointed by many of our local churches to REPRESENT THE PEOPLE that Adena is suposed to be serving. After the current CEO arrived, everything has been about money. They has been a building boom but at the same time they have run off most of the Physicians in this are who do not wish to "play ball" with Adena. So what, there are nice buildings out there, if there are no patients, they are meaningless. I took my healthcare needs North a long time ago and see no reason to stop now.

Adena's problems run far, far deeper than attempted theft or patient security.
Most that have been lucky enough to find a decent doctor have already lost them or they are about to, all over the almighty dollar.
Their own employees complain of the way that they are treated, then you have the botched surgeries, numerous lawsuits, the list goes on and on.
Route 23 runs both ways, both to much better hospitals IMHO.
