<quoted text>No Johnn, you said the picture of the bench was no proof that it was Robertsons work bench, the video proved it was.
What I said was theres no proof that the pic on the Facebook page is actually the Robertson workbench.

However, I know there was an actual workbench in the Robertson shed, and that there was a box of bullet on that bench the morning after the shooting, because Claude Woodworth testifed in court, under oath, that he saw them.

Nice try at trying to twist my words.

It's my understanding that the Supreme Court has three options....1). Nothing happens & Mark serves the remainder of his time in prison. 2). Mark is set free. 3). Mark gets a third trial.

Right now, it seems as if the other side is trying everything in their power to make sure Mark remains in prison but watch that change if the court orders a third trial for Mark. My suspicion is that they do not want a third trial. I think they would rather Mark be set free than to have a third trial. But a trial sure would be interesting with the facts we have today.

What are his qualifications to be able to give reasons?

And what are your qualifications again to be calling this a fact?
And what qualification would you suggest are needed to say it is a fact that this person refused to have a polygraph taken?
And what qualifications are needed to read a report by Deputy Calvert that says that Clemonds told him that Claude Woodworth failed a question on his polygraph when Clemonds report says no such thing. I would think the ability to read suffices. Perhaps you disagree as it would be preferable for you to require an expert that could be paid off to instruct the people they see black when they are looking at white or in this case where they were told to see a box of bullets on a photo when in reality it was just a square drawn on a photo of an empty workbench.

And, if the Robertsons had told the truth, we would not be where we are today. An innocent man would not be behind bars, while the guilty walk around, ready to strike again.

Was Jim Johnson in jail when he called Deister "shortly" after the murder and wanted him to take the case for the "reward"?

Looks like the forum that was posted about Calvert lieing in his report on Claude's polygraph has been taken off again. It also seems that the link to the video of Robertsons shed is not on here any longer also, or am I mistaken?

Could the reason the forum about Calvert's repotrt on Claude was taken off twice be because it did't say the Sheriff Department in stead of Police? Or Calvert instead of Sheriff Department?

No, and they get the links to the evidence removed and then say there is no evidence. What does this tell you?

It tells you they are precisely as interested in seeing that the truth comes out as the Attorney General's Office, Hulshof, Smith, Lewis, Deister and Calvert.

Hey Melvin: Did you happen to see Mark Woodworth's reply brief? I was wondering what you thought about the Loudon Wainwright reference?

which is it wrote:
In the trial transcript Rhonda says she called 911 first and then called the Alexanders home, but Kevin Price said he answered the phone at the same time Mrs. Alexander did, and Mrs. Alexander asked Rhonda if she had called the paramedics and Ronda said no but I will and hung up the phone. So which is it, sounds to me like she called the Alexanders first before 911.
This is also according to Steve Cox's report from Mrs. Alexander.
