How many of you are fed up with how this new so called manager is treating not only us customers but employees? I have been yelled and cursed at by him as a customer and have seen and heard him cuss, threaten and yell at his employees. I think everyone needs to email corporate and tell them about his guy and hopfully something will be done. This sonic has gone down hill in customer service by him. I know of a carhop that paid for a customers food out of her own pocket and didn't tell this AJ guy because she would get yelled at. I think all of those employees need to go on strike. This is ridiculous on how everyone is getting treated. I have been in customer service and fast food for a very long time and would have NEVER spoke to any employee that way let alone curse them out. Please go to and make an email.

You don't seem to think every customer can, maybe even should offer good or bad feedback to a business owner. Only a guy who was providing poor goods and/or services should fear that feedback.

The goods and services that every local business provide to me IS my business. Good luck trying to shut me up, if I have something that I want to tell the business owner about their business.

Like I said in my prior post, as a consumer, your customer service is my business too. Here's a thought for you, fast food dude:

If you don't like negative criticism, start serving hot, as close to perfectly-cooked food as you can, as cheerfully and as fast as you can. Customer service and word of mouth matters, particularly here in Chilli. If it doesn't matter to you, you're toast, dude!

If you continue to take an overly-long time to deliver cold, under-cooked, over-cooked, unappetizing food, word of mouth will bury you, your competition will survive and you'll know what the new carpet looks like at the U. E. Office or your business might close.

Chillicothe Sonic sucks and the weird guy that is a manager and used to be or may still be married to Heidi is disgusting. I watched him scratch his face without gloves and flick the inside of his nose and go back to making food. I went in and called him out. I got my money back and went to Hicks

The workers are the way they are BECAUSE OF that Arab POS!! He's ran that place down!! He takes jogs by one of his ex coworkers and watched And ALSO he called cops telling them someone was holding her hostage!!?!?!!??they traces name and BAAAMM! He needs to be GONE!!! Treat your employers like shit, and I bet I wouldn't have a good day either, Everywhere!!! Some carphops are really great bringing your food!

Here's a fun fact for whoever owns the Chilli Sonic. I know of three Sonic facilities in the Midwest that now sit unoperated. They sit unoperated because their customer service became so poor that the fine folks of the towns they're located in gave up on them.

So they sit there unsused, Sonic logos visible, in otherwise bustling small Midwestern towns. If you, the owner, blindly allow current management to keep providing poor customer service and damaging your franchise's reputation, this could happen to you too.
