first all ive never worked at hicks but do know people who and have in the past an they only start cooks out at 5.85hr an the reason for this is because they are NOT!!!! A franchise such as sonic or mcdonalds etc... an the way the staff behaves in front of cuatomers is wrong point blank!!!! And ive seen cases where they manager just writes in n out what times they work and the employee keeps track of their own hours all the sudden guess what neither one matches what the other has. And come payday if the person maken out the checks its whenever they want and convient for them its even been a day larer than its supposed to be!!!! Leadership reflects attitude and the leadership is awful i dont thonk it would cost much to get a time clock that way theres no arguing bout hours worked and the way alot of the employees dress is awful some look like hobos,or scadly clanned dressed young ladies who think thats the only way to make good tips is crap,need to have a.dress.code for all employees and the yelling an arguing in front of customers is tottally uncalled for!!!! And all the hanky panky touchy,feeling is not for the workplace either!!! And like i said before the employees that do bust their butts off for 5.85 hr for ever then only to be making 7.25 is wrong AGAIN IVE NEVER NEVER WORKED THEIR NOR WOULD I IF THATS HOW THEY TREAT EMPLOYEES!!!!!!!!

I work up at hicks and without saying to much information. yes i do make 5.85 an hour. 7.25/minimum wage an hour, is only for bigger companies.
