Common...do we need more office space and what kind of retail will be goin on a block from my house? It cant be that great...oh happy day more frickin traffic on 3rd street! lol this sucks lol who the heck wants to live in a loft apt that used to be a prison and over looks Donaldsons and the CMU plant...not to mention that back 40 floods lol i guess ud get a good view of the flood water ..ah hells ...love it all ...just love it lol can i get a fricking Hobby Lobby...all i want is a fricking Hobby Lobby haha

Do not kid yourself. They will turn that baby into a parking lot, or they will paint murals all over those buildings because somewhere, sometime, somebody told them that this is a good idea. I would love to be a mural painter in this area. They'll slap a stupid ass mural on anything. You be looking out your living room window one day and BAM! There's mural in your eye. Good luck with that. They should just do what they always do, tear that shit down and make a parking lot for bored ass teenagers to sit in until all hours of the night smashing glass on the pavement and being generally digruntled. Oh I remember the days.

I'll take the retail space over drugs, break ins, kids tearing up my yard, and vandalism.

You are right about the freaking murals though. Those things really aren't that great.
The covered bridge mural at the wonderful sitting park that nobody can use at the corner of Clay and Washington was enough.
Now most of them are just plain ugly, but that's just my opinion.

omg the mural on the CBT drive through everytime im there i can stop looking at that old guys jacked up 50foot long legs! and i hate the bread mural ...the sliced bread was NOT made in 1965 i hate HATE the logo and the one by the bejing parking lot that little girl looks like a chipmunk im sorry but if we are gonna have mural lets just stick to pretty scenes not making mutants out of humans!
