And for thoes of you who (I will guess it is She who nose) judged jo-jo's artical as Nuts,Disagree,Mean must be She who nose.Because only one person judge it at all!! And let me guess you are that granddaughter jo-jo is talking about. I went and looked at the archives and I do think the granddaughter is No 112 in the Grand March and that gown was very expensive because there was only one other girl in the Grand March and I know Marshell very well and she told me how much her gown cost and her gown wasn't a floor length gown. I really don't want to be mean that is why I went to the archives to see if jo-jo was speeking the truth here and I must say the truth is there in color on the C/T/arcives I'm just saying. Sorry for what your grandmother has put her family through but if you and your family got any money from your grandmother in the past years or bought a new home, new car, neew gown for prom you all are just the same as your grandmother and it was only a matter of time people around chillicothe would find out. I am sorry for what you all will be going through in a small town and such. Good Luck.

My closet looks great! However I bought all the things in my closet myself I didn't use my company's like that thief... Better get yours cleaned out pretty sure it will all be going up for sale along with those houses and cars. Man bookkeepers sure make good money these days. Maybe she can bookkeep for McDonald's when she gets out of prison. They may hire her.

Sometimes even folks from a smaller-sized town have a clue! Either the alleged perp in question is innocent and misunderstood, or she'll know soon enough how she looks in one of those swell DOC jumpsuits!

I get it, you're a friend or family member and you're defensive. I've got to tell you. it doesn't look good for your girl, with the lavish spending, houses, the apparent significant lifestyle changes.

Things aren't always what they appear to be and sometimes they arrest the innocent. I don't remember reading that she'd won a Powerball Jackpot. Did I just miss that story, or are you the clueless one?

I don't need to get my facts straight. I know more on this then any of you. I know the family. You should probably be leaving the grand kids out of this.

Enlighten everyone here about how you know all the sources are wrong, would you? Thanks!:)
Can't help but notice that you "forgot" to actually answer my post and the question in it, so I thoughtfully pasted it for you above. Saying you "know the family" doesn't really mean jack, does it? I do hope that you're right and that this woman didn't really steal $4MM.

As far as leaving her family members, who might have benefitted from her stealing, "out of it", if she's found guilty, the judicial system should take care of that. If my worker drone Mom or Grandma started lavishing expensive gifts on me, that light bulb would have lit up.

If they accepted houses, etc. from Mom or Grandma, purchased by funds she stole from her employer, they should have to surrender them all to try to repay those funds, don't you think? If not, did you miss that "cheaters never prosper" concept / lesson in Grade School?

Who knows, the FBI, local law enforcement, etc. could all be wrong! She could be innocent. We'll see, but if I was a betting man, I'd give her about 1,000 to 1+ odds on that. The Real World can be so cruel to thieves. Sorry if you're struggling with that fact.

I don't expect your to answer my question above. I do expect you to keep giving those negative Judge its. That'll help her for sure! LOL

I would like to see her pay it all back, with a real penalty, and eventually see her, and her family, be able to get on with her life. Make things right, and make real restitution. I believe in forgiveness and repentance. I would not want to be a judge. A big responsibility, and a tough thing to find the balance in punishment and recompense. I just think of how I would want to be treated, had I done such a thing. My problem is that I truly believe in karma. Knowing what is fair and just would be very challenging for me to decide.

and if I had killed someone, what would I think fair and just? I guess it depends on a persons state of mind. There are times when I have been real angry, and if I had killed someone with that spirit, I would probably feel the death penalty just. However, if I took someone's life not with such intent, I would probably want to spend my life contemplating on my actions. Judgement is such a hard thing. It's really not too hard, if you are acting strictly from previous precedent, but if there were no precedent, how would each of us constructed the penal system? What's fair to one, may be extremely unjust to another. When OJ is on the streets, yet there are others in prison for life for minor offenses, it can offend the conscience.

I'm not sure it's at all realistic to expect that she "pay it all back." How could she pay back that much money? I understand the next court date is scheduled in Caldwell County for Aug. 6. Guess we could go there, and observe what's next on the agenda. I'm wondering how she'll retain an attorney if all of her finances are frozen. Maybe her husband's income, from his job for the City of Chillicothe, could help her get a lawyer?

Yeah, right! Slap her hand FOLI. She can go to work for innocent unuspecting individuals and play her con game again. Certain felonies can be expunged if it prevents you from attaining employment.
