From the KCHI web site:

Chillicothe R-II School District Superintendent Dr. Linda Gray Smith tendered her resignation. During the executive session of the School Board meeting Tuesday evening Smith resigned effective at the conclusion of the 2010-2011 year.

Smith says "It's a good time to step aside and let a new leader take the District to the next level".

Smith has been with the R2 District since 2008.

We still need to get rid of the board members as they went along with her ever step of the way!
