Exactly what does DNA prove? It could mean there was sex involved or it could mean there was a hand job done, which would involve the "victim" to do so. It does not necessarily mean rape!!
IT DOES NOT MATTER SHE WAS UNDER AGE HE SHOULD HAVE WALKED AWAY, STOPPED WHAT WAS GOING ON WHATEVER! HE WAS THERE!

Doss has been messing with high school girls ever since is became a officer at Chilhowie. He would pull young girls over and if you gave him a blow job he would let you go. Girls would come to school telling everyone about it. "If you offer this to Officer Doss he will let you go" People talk and new what Doss would do even Sheffield new about this and done nothing about it. So yes he needed some prison time to think about what he has kept hidden all these yrs. Officer Terry got caught for messing around and the police chief did nothing look what happen there. Chip Marshall dont know what happen to him. He hit on me once and I turned his sorry ass down and he threatened me and told me to watch my back that he was a town cop. So that girl could have said "yes" or "no" I dont no or care. Maybe she was threatened and had no choice. When someone like a police office wants something and you want give it to them they can make your life a living HELL and get away with it. They are looked up to and everyone would believe them over a young girl. The officer would say the girl is making it up cause she hit on me and I turned her down. "I'm married, she is to young etc." Doss might have gotten a shorter sentence but believe me what goes around comes around 3 fold. Everyone always get theres back. If the girl lied about what happen the same will come back and haunt her as well.

If this is the same girl that I am thinking of about the "haloween" event. She dated me for about two weeks. After, ofcourse, all this "supposedly" happened. Now... If this was the same girl that you all are talking about. She told me herself that she wanted to have sex with all of them and that one of them was her boyfriend (When I was privy to all this info is why we split.) And furthermore that her parents were the ones pushing her to pursue the whole "court" thing.

That being said. If they were in uniform and or married then that is there bad. Consent or not. PERIOD.

But even that being siad. If I am 40 and can still attract an 18 year old...Shit... Hide and watch...Cause its on.. Sorry for all those people who think that its wrong. Its just the way I am. And the way most "men" are. Not defending anyone...I'm just saying.

Age is just a thing that the current population has come up with. Less then a 100 years ago you were a "man" at 13 years old. When I turned 18 I married a 36 year old woman. I loved her with all my heart and still do. Even though we are divorced now. But thats none of your business'es.

Anyways, what I been trying to say this whole big long speal of a letter is that it was up to the courts to decide who and what was right or wrong. Everything else is just gossip. Including my little bitty 2 cents.

Assholes and elbows people.......Assholes and elbows....

What are you people using to make a conviction in this case? Morals? Because YOU don't think it is right and should not have happened? Because she was 17? These are not LEGAL reasons for a conviction. Am I bitter? Hell yes I am. When you go to the jail every Sunday morning at 7:30 to see a man for a total of 15 minutes and a maximum of 4 people allowed in at one given time, it makes you extremely bitter. When you see his 2 little girls seeing there Daddy through a glass window and the only way of talkling to him is through a phone, it makes me sad. They can not even touch him and hug him!! I am mad, bitter, angry, sad, etc!!!!!!! The so called "victim" can do what ever she wants and laughs about it!! If people can deal with that, then you are the one's that are sick!!!
I know what you mean I'm doss' daughter ( please don't judge me I was little when this happened ) I never missed a Sunday it was so hard I got sick but I never missed a Sunday shefields daughter used to be my BFF before this happened it was a terrible time for my family after dad got out of jail he had to stay home he got so bored he would color brown bags for my lunch box I just want to let you all know MY FAMILY SUFFERED TOO!

Everyone seems to be forgetting the fact that these men were officers of the law and on duty. Of course the only ones who would support them would be family and friends. It's human nature to not want to believe someone you know would commit such a crime, even after it has been proven through DNA! I mean really?? You think forensics got it wrong? Whether or not the girl consented to these acts is far less important than the fact that these men did so while in uniform and on duty and left the evidence to prove it. So of course they took a plea deal. You think because the girl was of consenting age that makes it alright? Give me a break! Just another case of a man with a badge and an ego, only this time he got caught. Only problem is they still got off lightly, they should've been castrated!!

Well boo hoo for him. After he got out of jail he got to stay home and color paper bags after he and Runyon made up their lies about Sheffield that they were going to testify to so their lazy, good for
nothing azzes would have to go to jail. They both needed to rot in jail.
