Has anyone notice how trashy this places have gotten over the past 10years? They are nasty no matter how hard you try to make them look better and clean other people will trash it. The landlords dont really care as long as they get thier lot rent and yes I am talking about double d, Apple valley and the one off ShulerHollow rd. The only clean one was Tiny Towns every where eles is trashed. They charge $115-$125 and they have cock roach infest homes, drug infested, and trashy people. Come on landlords take some pride in the land you rent clean these junk yards up.

I think because those mobile homes are so old. I don't know if people living in them own them and rent lot space or landowner owns mobile homes. What is even more unattractive is when they start tearing one down and never finish.
