Ever the hopeless optimist, I just have to say it's nice to see the system actually makes sense somewhere in the state. You kill a man, you don't get a four-digit bail or ROR. Nice.

" Chicopee bartender held with bail "
First line of story:
"CHICOPEE, Mass.(AP)- A bartender at a Chicopee bar accused of fatally stabbing a customer has been ordered held without bail. "
....and people are already making judgements based on a poorly written and edited story such as this???
