OK puzzled u can tell from his name he is mexican (he is I know him). I am white as you call it. just from reading thru cases, and news papers, and people i know, personal experience mexicans usually get more time, at least in butte county. oh and I love all people every color and think we all deserve to be treated as people not as a stereotype.
and anyways this is all my opinion which im entitled to as you are yours. Our communities need a lot of work.

Thank you for the explanation. We do need to be treated equal. HOWEVER not when 'we' are wielding a gun and shooting at supposed gang members and perhaps injuring innocent people. Do you really want to walk the streets of Chico not knowing at any given moment that you are safe or not? It is getting to be not safe anywhere anymore. I stay home at night because of this. No movies, no dinner out, nothing. They are controlling my life somewhat and I don't like it, Mexican, White Supremist, whatever. Put them all away for a long, long time. Your friend is not innocent, he is a shooter, whether he is Mexican or not. He deserves some jail time.
