Nord Avenue closed for investigation of crash
A motorcyclist suffered major injuries today after he was struck by a sport utility vehicle at about 5:10 p.m. on Nord Avenue just north of Oak Way, according to authorities.

Get it right, MEDIA!!!!
The motorcycle was NOT struck BY the sport utility vehicle!!!
The motorcycle was speeding at high speeds trying to pass a line of traffic in order to avoid being behind a bus at a traffic light and ran straight into our vehicle that was practically standing still.
There were 17 witnesses who stated the same thing... the motorcyclist was at fault.(Check the police report).
The injured motorcyclist unnessessarily put a lot of people's lives in danger because he was in too much of a hurry to wait for the traffic light.
It is sad how the "hurt" person is always assumed to be the innocent one... NOT true in this case.

Watch the video of the officer at the scene. He says the motorcyclist hit the SUV.
