You are such an absolute delusional liberal! Introducing the 'Something for Nothing' Protest. Down with evil corporations! No more big profits! No more corporate greed! Blah, blah, blah. Those slogans all sound great to a bunch of liberals who have nothing better to do than play video games, live at home, and not work. Why go out and earn a living when, for decades, liberals like Barack Obama, Nancy Pelosi, and others are telling you that your plight is caused by the other guy... that you deserve what he has... and that the government will take from him and give to you. It's no wonder people are protesting. Going out and earning something on your own is so "old school." http://www.gopusa.com/theloft/2011/10/11/intr... It is you piece of "S" liberals who are the cry babies who believe that you should get everything for nothing! By STEALING it from others! HEY LIBERALS! GET A LIFE and GET A JOB!

However, if you would be willing to deliver the exit payment personally(warning it will be at least six figures), I may consider your offer. So save your rubles and put it in writing you arrogant, narcissistic, entitled POS. I'm not cheap, but I can be had. After all, you sold your soul to the devil for a government pension. L.A. NOW Southern California -- this just in « Previous Post | L.A. NOW Home | Next Post » Stockton bankruptcy will make history; residents reeling The city stopped making bond payments, and City Manager Bob Deis said he expected to file bankruptcy papers immediately. Stockton has been in negotiations with its creditors since late March under AB 506, a new California law requiring mediation before a municipality can file for reorganization of debt. It was the first use of the law, and policy analysts who watched its torturous and tedious progress have titled their report on it "Death by a Thousand Meetings." Mediations ended Monday at midnight. The city made $90 million in drastic cuts from the general fund in the last three years, including reducing the Police Department by 25%, the Fire Department by 30%, and cutting pay and benefits to all employees. There is a state investigation into whether Stockton's financial devastation was entirely due to shortsighted optimism or if there was corruption. The state mediation law requires assigning blame http://latimesblogs.latimes.com/lanow/2012/06... Stop Calif. from becoming the second Greek tragedy. CA Tax Revenues DOWN 20.2% in April
California is in a Depression. Just look at the tax revenues.
“Year-to-date through April, total revenues were down $3.5 billion (-5.1 percent) from estimates in the Governor’s proposed budget. Leading that disparity was income tax, down $2.7 billion (-6.2 percent). Sales tax missed estimates by $411 million (-2.7 percent), and corporate tax receipts were down $464 million (-7.0 percent).”
How do we pay the bills? By stealing from Trust Funds, borrowing from Wall Street (adding to the interest payments) and refusing to note tens of billions in debts and deficits (like the $10 billion we owe the Feds for the “loan” of that money to continue paying unemployment checks).
I thought the first step to recovery was admitting we have a problem. Wrong. The first step is telling the truth about the fiscal situation, then admitting the problem.

The State ended last fiscal year with a cash deficit of $8.2 billion. The combined current-year cash deficit stands at $19.2 billion. Those deficits are being covered with $12.8 billion of internal borrowing (temporary loans from special funds) and $6.4 billion of external borrowing.
California........the newest Greek tragedy. Socialism doesn't work.

It is all coming to a head in California. Moonbeams austerity measures(lol) have only protected the public employee unions. The problems is, he has thrown Calif. Cities/municipalities under the bus to face their own problems(raise local taxes dramatically). Stockton has answered by filing bankruptcy. In the meantime, the state is putting undo financial pressure on the private sector to cough up some more money. They are answering by slowing down their spending(layoffs/less spending)to stay alive, or simply leaving the state. Calif. is following in the footsteps of Greece. It is simply amazing to me that Calif. voters are just beginning to see the writing on the wall. There will be no magic fix or federal bailout. We are slowing sliding into the economic abyss.

A real simple way to see the exodus is to get a quote from U-haul for a one way truck from LA to any city in Texas and then get a quote from that city back to LA one way..... Going to Texas will cost up to 3 times the amount as going from Texas to LA U-haul can't keep enough trucks in LA and they trucks are all pilling up in other states.... Pretty soon you will get a truck from Texas to LA for free..........

You have it. Impressive. If calif. government ran u-haul, they would solve the problem of mass exodus/lack of LA u-haul trucks by flying gubmint workers to Texas and paying them to drive the u-hauls back to Calif..........problem solved!!!! lololololol
