This concerning the taxe rate Weyerhauser Company pays in taxes to the state.
When Weyerhauser came into this part of the country (southeast Oklahoma) they bought land as scrub or waste land and paid taxes on scrub or waste land at that rate, and also said the lands would be free to the public to travel , hunt, and fish and use as recreation. And as long as the land is open to the public they would continue to to pay the lower taxes.
Now comes weyerhauser and changes the rules, they have gated off their lands closed tothe public. Leased hunting leases out making the property commerical property, and have improved all their lands with pine plantations, roads. If they improve their lands and run it as commerical hunting leases. Then it is commerical lands.
They should be paying their fair share of taxes on that land or open it up again for public use.
I know if I make improvements to my property I have to pay the extra taxes for the improvement
I make on my property. So it is only fair that Weyerhauser Company pay their share of proper tax for commerical and improved lands.

What does this have to do with HERO Jerome Ersland who killed a feral ghetto thug while trying to rob his store of narcotics? This HERO should be freed immediately!
