I think it's outrageous. I vow to either park in a parking lot or ride my bike. Let's NOT give them our money. Parking lot owners -- here's an opportunity for you guys to gain more business by lowering your rates. It makes more sense to pay a parking lot say $8 rather than paying the meter $4 and having to be concerned about the time.

Did that say 4 dollars an hour???
No wonder so many people are pissed. Glad to see folks are fighting back. Also glad I rarely have to park in the city. I have a lot of extra pennies. That's probably what I'll do next time I have to use a meter.
