Oh, that's cute ... brush-off the responsibility onto the driver of the vehicle. WE are ALL using the road! Use common sense and courtesy. If you weren't such a hot-head, you wouldn't have nearly had that accident dumb@$$. Oh, but it's okay, you didn't get hit ... JUST nearly ... WOW! I question the mentality of people like you Gianna and Todd ... that's messed up. But, I know what is going on your mind, "Oh, now what? Traffic school for bike riders?!" "Tickets?!" "Violations?!" "Fines?!" "Against the law?!!!" I understand. A little too much uh? Well, we allowed you to used the streets and now you want us to blame the driver because some hot-head wanted to run the red light and was killed the second he was hit because of his stupidity? The biker isn't the pitty party anymore so obey the law and get over it. Are you afraid? Then use the sidewalk nextime. God, you people are so stupid but you have the right to be anyway isn't that right?

That was my original point of rebuttal to all the drivers complaining about the bikers not obeying the laws. Most drivers are breaking laws all the time (speeding, sliding through stop signs,etc)
