Huberman has made a huge improvement. He sped up the elimination of slow zones and CTA has been more responsive since he took over. The CTA is the worst government agency in Chicago and it has a terrible board, you can't expect Huberman to fix everything in a year. They should clear out the board and more CTA employees, but Huberman is part of the solution.
Are you serious? The worst government agency in Chicago? Wow, you have that much faith in the city council.

I just went back and read the story, and can't find anywhere that a missed turn is mentioned. I'm not terribly familiar with that area, and maybe if I were I would know what you are talking about.

The thing I find most disturbing about this is the rush to judgement here, either about the driver or the so-called "racist" system. It's obvious all the facts have not even been sorted out yet, much less presented to the general public.

I am impressed with Ron Huberman & how quickly he took control of the scene. I was waiting for the L at the Grand Ave station at the time, and there was barely a delay at all. They didn't told us there was "police activity at Cermak" & therefore the S-bound trains were turning around at Lake & becoming N-bound. later I saw Huberman on camera. He's doing an awesome job in a tragic situation.
Ron, is that you? You need to stop drinking and posting.
