And how is sales tax accounted for in this underground economy? I think Villa Park, a village teetering on the brink, probably receives no sales tax revenue from these transactions. Either does the State of Illinois for that matter. That is the true entreprenurial spirit; sell for cash and to hell with paying taxes!!!

No taxes, underground economy, now that's the best news I have heard.. the illegal aliens parked up and down the streets of Chicago with their peddler carts, no license, no sanitation certificate, for 8 hours a day going to the bathroom in the alley and NOT washing their hands are making money hand over fist while the taxes on legal citizens get their taxes raised.. no it's time American citizens smartened up and started doing the same thing..
