And when is able to recover and collect his daily $5.00 from the fools who actually give them money, may he be moblie enough to go to the Ickes and get his daily crack rock.

May he also be moblie enough to break into cars and cause $200.00 worth of damage only to steal $1.20 in change from the cupholders that park along 18th-22nd and Wentworth.

Pray that he recoveres enough to commit robberies against the chinese people who just got off the gambling bus after returning from the casinos.

May he be healed enough to payback the $50,000.00 hospital bill he will acquire (laugh) so the taxpayers of this city will not have to cover (laugh again)

Good, I am glad he got hit by a car. Now maybe the state will ban panhandling. I just hope that they didnt give a ticket to the person who hit him. Why is it that the gov wants to ban texting while walking because you might get hurt but you can stand in the middle of rush hour traffic and beg for money?

If he was stupid enough to stand in a road and panhandle, and was so stupid that he didn't have enough sense to get out of the way of a moving vehicle, than he got what he deserves.

Irks me that my tax money is being used to pay for his medical bills.

Also irks me that the motorist who was doing nothing more than driving, is now going to see their insurance rates skyrocket because he hit an idiot who didn't get out of the road.
