Speed camera test nets big haul
As Mayor Rahm Emanuel rolls out his long-delayed speed camera plan, new numbers his office released suggest that drivers who speed in Chicago could rack up way more in fines than a cash-starved City Hall initially projected.

what a great idea !
Chicago should set up shot killed and wounded cameras around the hood.
Every time some poor unarmed black sap gets shot killed or wounded by some black out of control gang moron with a gun the camera would take a photo.
Photos to be files for future reference.
historians looking into why Chicago failed as a city will be interested in those photos.
Black morons with guns should not worry the Chicago police won't do anything with those photos.
The police have thousands of uninvestigated unsolved homicides in the files at police offices around da city,
the police will just put those photos in the huge stack of files to be investigated by some future generation of police if they ever get off coffee break or out of the on going never ending union contract negotiations meetings which seems to be the main occupation of Chicago police.
