Infant dies from car crash injuries
A 9-month-old McIntyre girl died Monday as a result of injuries sustained in a two-car accident on Sunday, according to the Monroe County Sheriff's Office.
The accident occurred at the intersection of Ga. 18 and Ga. 87 in Monroe County just after noon on Sunday, according to a sheriff's office news release.
Stephen Aaron Falkenberg, 22, the father of 9-month-old Mallory Falkenberg, was driving a 2005 Ford Taurus west on Ga.18 when he failed to stop at a stop sign at the intersection, according to the release. Read more

The Macon Telegraph and specifically you, Amy Leigh Womack need to
recheck the information printed under the headline "Infant dies from car
crash injuries". How does a vehicle traveling west hit the passenger
side of a vehicle traveling southbound? The answer - it DOESN'T. So why
was this printed? Did you proofread what was printed? Does it make sense
to you? Get out your little Hot Wheel cars and reenact the accident
yourself. Maybe you if you are an investigative reporter need to view
the vehicles in question. I have seen the Taurus which is damaged on the
back passenger side quarter panel. Lets see if the officers conclusions
were right- if the Taurus hit the truck in the side- the front of the
car would be damaged and it is NOT, the passenger side is.. According to
the officers the truck would be wrecked on the passenger side but it is
NOT, it's wrecked on the front. What actually happened is the truck hit
the car on the passenger rear quarter panel. Just because the sheriff's
office gives a news release does not mean it is correct. Which in this
case it is absolutely WRONG. I know - you can only release what's given
to you. Don't take everything at face value. If the information you
receive sounds incorrect why print it? Go find out for yourself what
happened. Do you think that by releasing this wrong information that you
are at all helping the family members who have lost a loved one? Oh no -
you're worried about providing information to the public, don't care if
the accident scenario presented by officers could not and DID not
happen. I have included a photo attachment of a mini car reenactment of
what happened. You try to reenact what the officers say happen and
you'll see that my picture is worth a thousand words.

The sorry SOB who killed our 10 month old granddaughter told us that if he would have been pulling his camper he could have killed everybody in the car.I hope he rots in hell for what he did!
