Sounds like everyone here, needs to understand one thing, yes the system failed yet once again! The state mandates something and does not follow through as seen many times... why do you think murders are set free? The state should have followed up at the end of the 2 weeks to insure it was closed, and placement of dogs were made in February. Just as they would have for a day care, hospital or school. All you pet lovers should look into that. Troy is a nice guys to his kids, Jennifer - yes she is there and should have also checked for the animals as they are both owners of the property.

This is the best breed; gentle, loyal, smart and so cute. I like animals a lot but this hit me really hard. If he could not take care of these dogs, many people would have stepped up and taken them to loving homes.

There is no reason what so ever for this type of thing to happen. And what a crock for the law inforcement officer to state that they would have helped Troy if he would have just asked. I use to live in that area and I know how messed up the criminal system is out there and everyone knows everyone and what they don't know for sure, they make up. Troy's wife and family are just as much at fault as Troy is. something like this doesn't happen over night and this is a close family. I went to the same school that Troy did and his brother was in my class. Troy has had problems for a while and the family had to know. His wife should be prosecuted just like he is; and the family should be an accomplice to the situation.

This didn't happen whithout others knowing about it. Jennifer is just as much at fault as Troy is.
