I heard they closed the plants for 2 days as a way of "teaching them a lesson". If these ppl lost 2 days of pay, did management also. They are responsible for their ppl and they make the decisions on where to place ppl on the lines. Unilever is beginning to really show their true colors. Just wondering... How is it managements fault that some dumb butt wanted to stick their hand in a machine that was running? How do you prevent people from doing dumb stuff? What is management suppose to do? I work on a line out there & I see the crap that some of these people do. I'm not sticking up for management but I think they are getting a bad rap about all these accidents when clearly these people are suppose to know better.

I heard today that Mike H. is going to Sikeston, can anyone verify this? I had heard that he and Brent were to go to Covington, is this move so he can be out there and then go over to the new plant? I know a few others that would be nice if they transfered them also...the sooner the better!
We all know Brent only got his job because of being related to Tim...cause he is dumber than a box of rocks and very arrogant...like the saying goes: I would like to buy him for what he is worth and sell him for what he thinks he's worth...I could retire on easy street! I wouldn't wish him on any of the other plants!!!

well right now we have the mgr from the florida plant and at the first of the year we will be told who are plant mgr.will be.we will all miss kelly he is a great guy.I feel and so do others that we are about to be screwed and not even enjoy it

Sikeston, I hope you don't get Ken Wells, he is the cause of Framingham and Hagerstown closing. He is clueless and doesn't hold his people accountable is correct. As far as Mike goes, I have never had to personally work with him on the production floor but he seems to be a bit cocky and arrogant at times. I heard he is a good worker, and gets the job done, so that is good.

Mike is not a bad supervisor. Actually the best one 3rd has had for awhile. The only people that have a problem with him are the lazy ones. He expects you to do what your getting paid for and the ones that don't are naturally the ones that will have something bad to say about him. I have never seen him disrespect women. He will be MISSED when he leaves Hagerstown.

This is so HILARIOUS. Are we talking about the same person? He is by far not the best supervisor on 3rd. He has NO BALLS just like the rest of them. I for one am not lazy, and YES I do have a problem with him. He snaps at you when you ask or tell him something, he has even cursed at me when he talks to me. Like I said he is a YOUNG PUNK who thinks he know everything. You have never seen him disrespect women due to the fact that your a man, you do not work on 3rd, or your him.
