Sorry Marcia but it doesn't, it is a waste and a complete rip off...you are better off doing cardio and ab work on your own then using the Ab Rocket.

well i dont know if i will buy it on not but in a few weeks i will see based on the research i find out.... i think its a prity good machine and at a low price and i pry that if i do get if it will give me fantastic results and every one is amazed at the results for my first day of high schools!
